Also I enjoyed the tapping was invigorating and am always appreciate the guidance and wisdom to see the body as a cylinder to fill with energy and to use visual imagery to enhance the experience when you are not outside in nature.

! 🥰 Does the order of moves matter in a given sequence, or in any other movement sequence?
Sometimes I want to add extra movements to the presented practice and I wonder if it is possible from an energetic point of view.
Hi Olga, thank you. i'm glad you enjoyed this river sequence. You can always add more repetitions 9,18,36...72!! Adding extra movement is possible, especially if you have been practicing and understand how the energy works. It's important to keep everything balanced. Generally speaking, people with high-blood pressure should focus more on the lower body, while people with low blood pressure should focus more on the chest and upper body. That can help to restore the Yin Yang balance

I have a question: I have a hard time maintaining my balance on my toes. Are there any exercises I can do that will give me better balance while standing tiptoe?
Hi Tammy, walking on your toes around the room and doing exercises like this one on a daily basis. P.s. no need to go high, start a little bit of the ground to build strength and confidence

reduce stress, and change diet to calm the liver and nourish the blood. Are you going through a stressful life/period right now?

After the first two exercises my neck felt even more stiffed than before. Why? Am I doing something wrong? :(
It can be that you don't let yourself relax fully before you move one. Tension should always be followed with relaxation. Do you hold a lot of tension usually in the upper body?
@@qigongwithkseny Yes, definitely, I've been suffering from migraines and cervical, shoulders and back pain for the last 8 months. Tried different stuff (yoga, pilates, stretching, massages...) but it just won't go away 😔 so the other day a friend recommended me to try Qigong, didn't know what it was, I found your videos and I loved it! Makes me feel lighter in general and more calm, it's just only the exercises that are more neck and shoulder focused that makes me feel more stiffed instead of relaxed, so annoying!
