Tim thank you so much for this video! I have been struggling with shoulder and neck pain for a few years now and started yoga over a year ago to try and help. I has made a huge difference but not completely alleviated. The pain in the last month has started moving to my elbow making just picking up things at times a challenge. After doing this morning flow I am experiencing release and blood flow in places I haven't in years!! I cant tell you how much I appreciate your narration and description of each pose. It really makes a huge difference rather then just trying to mirror what you are watching. I honestly was able to listen more then look at the screen and get into the correct position. Thank you again and please continue to share your gift.
Third time I have come back to this. Each time, I get a little deeper into triangle and my breathing becomes easier. I used to struggle and gasp doing triangle (not much flexibility) but the alignment tips in this video are just great. Thank you for teaching us - as usual, I feel so refreshed and calm by the end. I've never been very good at yoga. I have very inflexible hamstrings (can't touch my toes while standing and my downdog is something to laugh at). However, I am runner and know that yoga is a great supplement to keep my body happy for good running, so I try! So I was pleasantly surprised when I went for a run the day after doing this video at how much more open I felt, and my breathing was MUCH easier. I was able to go quite a bit farther than I normally would go on an "easy run" day. Granted, during my run I was entirely focused on keeping my shoulders aligned and open. But maybe I should keep that as my focus during every run, because it made a huge difference! And I learned how to do that from this video. So thank you, Tim!
Thank you. I'm often torn between tutorial yoga videos and ones that I can just use to guide my practice. This one had so many good tips for me to incorporate into my mental checklist whenever I practice, yet still flowed enough for me to feel I started my day with a true practice and not a one-pose lesson Namaste.
I have just completed the Yoga Flow workout, it has helped me enormously. The tension around my shoulders was killing me. I am so grateful for this Tim. Thank you and keep it up.

As I have mentioned before, I am a recreational triathlete who loves to do your videos early am, prior to my main set of running or biking. Your detailed attention to the shoulder posture is so helpful and for many reasons, but in my case I am nursing some bicep tendinitis and the proper chest stretching you continue to offer is ALWAYS appreciated.
Perfect for my morning. I appreciate the subtle movements that improve the poses. I have never had that "intelligent practice" in the other videos or classes I've taken. It makes such a difference! Again, thank you Tim.
OMG! All this time I was doing "upward facing dog" the wrong way! It felt it much better by opening the chest. Thank you for that Tim, I love your channel!

This really helps out with my back, although you only mentioned this helps with posture, abs and shoulders. This sort of confuses me . I'm wondering if you know of other videos you have that focus on back when you wake up?
