I love the 10 min morning wake ups but I could definitely use some morning or night time yoga related to acid reflux, low back, or hips. Keeping up the positivity in the morning is also a struggle I have, affirmations with a 10 minute morning yoga would be awesome. I appreciate you and all that you do. ♡

My go to is always productive haha takes time unlearning this societal pressure to be productive, i change to accomplish so that i feel accomplished. But passion is such a perfect word to choose :)

Today was day 12 of me doing 10 minutes Yoga in the morning with you and I love it soo much! I really gives me a sense of accomplishment for the rest of the day. Even if I don't manage to be productive that day or do my longer Yoga session in the afternoon, I always know I did something for myself that day. Especially with my depression weighing me down at the moment this is a really big thing for me! My two words to day were "peacefull brain". Because it's often difficult for me and intrudes on the things I want to do in the day. Thank you for creating all these videos! ❤

I still need to modify some things but trying to give my body some grace and create slow lasting change. Sometimes it’s hard to be patient with my body but I feel welcome in this practice.

It was the same for me, I am used to martial arts so this was very, very different and difficult to calm my mind down and figure out what the heck I was doing. I eventually got the hang of it, keep going and you'll get it. And it will be worth it.
That was absolutely fantastic. Never done yoga before and today was that day. I used this video and wow, by the time you did the right high lunge I was done. Took a few moments to recover. Will be doing this hopefully daily moving forward. Word for me was, chill initially then changed to reward at the end of the session. Thank you.

But during my tough times, I started doing meditation and could see the real transformation within myself. Usually I choose the word “productive,” but this time I chose completion. Sometimes I don’t realize until the end of my day that I was productive, just within the wrong areas! I need to have completion of all the tasks i set out to do today ☺️
I've been doing this routine for three weeks now and loving it. Feeling the state of my body that first day was shocking, but after just a couple of days i felt big improvements in all the poses that were challenging in my body. I'm itching to do other routines from the channel, now that I'm comfortable with this one, fortunately it looks like there are plenty of great options for all levels. I feel like I've found something meaningful here, so thank you very much for you and this channel, it's impressive and your teaching resonates!

I chose “satisfying” because no matter how much I accomplish or how productive I am today I want to look back and be proud of myself and and feel satisfied with my progress. Also as a complete beginner some of these stretches are a lot harder than I thought they’d be (especially since I’m recovering from a recent hand fracture 😅). But with time I hope to get better! 😊👍🏻

I am really having a tough time right now and this cleared my mind without it being too exhausting!! My word was ``Calm`` since my current student job is really stressing me out and I hope my day will be gentle with me. Hope you are all having a good day!!!

This definitely helped my back! I hate waking up so sore, although, BEGINNERS? Girl I can barely do any of the balance poses without falling. But really I loved this! I’m gonna start trying this more!

It was the same for me, I am used to martial arts so this was very, very different and difficult to calm my mind down and figure out what the heck I was doing. I eventually got the hang of it, keep going and you'll get it. And it will be worth it.

That was absolutely fantastic. Never done yoga before and today was that day. I used this video and wow, by the time you did the right high lunge I was done. Took a few moments to recover.
Will be doing this hopefully daily moving forward.

Word that came to mind was “committed”. I have a few personal “passion” projects I’m working on and they take a big chunk of my time during the day but it’s what I love doing so I’m hoping I stay motivated to finish them.

I chose the word "Positivity".
I was like a person who never believed that yoga can heal your soul. But during my tough times, I started doing meditation and could see the real transformation within myself. So here's to the first day of my yoga session with a "positive" mindset to heal my soul from all the ongoing negative thoughts. ❤️
Usually I choose the word “productive,” but this time I chose completion. Sometimes I don’t realize until the end of my day that I was productive, just within the wrong areas! I need to have completion of all the tasks

I've been doing this routine for three weeks now and loving it. Feeling the state of my body that first day was shocking, but after just a couple of days i felt big improvements in all the poses that were challenging in my body. I'm itching to do other routines from the channel, now that I'm comfortable with this one, fortunately it looks like there are plenty of great options for all levels. I feel like I've found something meaningful here, so thank you very much for you and this channel, it's impressive and your teaching resonates!

My intention for today is Calm, Calm for me feels like allowing, flow, trust, knowing, and certainty that I'm exactly where I need to be and all is well. Thank you for this practice, I've done it a ton of other times but today is the first time I leave a comment.
I’ve been doing this before work (desk job) for almost two weeks and I feel so amazing from it! TYSM!
I chose “satisfying” because no matter how much I accomplish or how productive I am today I want to look back and be proud of myself and and feel satisfied with my progress.
Also as a complete beginner some of these stretches are a lot harder than I thought they’d be (especially since I’m recovering from a recent hand fracture 😅). But with time I hope to get better! 😊👍🏻

I've been following Kassandra's classes since four months ago, each morning 10 minutes and sometimes a follow up on her meditation. I am absolutely in love! And enjoying the aftermaths of a stretched out, stable body. :) My word of the day is joyful!
