Never done the standing twist poses before - super fun to try something new. I've been doing your videos 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and feel really good, even though i've done yoga before. You're a great teacher 👍
This is added to my favorites, each time I try a new practice, it becomes a favorite. I enjoy the 25-30 minute videos, they are perfect to start my day. Thank you again for teaching me the "intelligent" way to practice. It has made a significant impact in my life. You are simply amazing!

hi Tim! First of all thanks for your classes..I do yoga everyday (I'm an intermediate/advanced).I have a little problem to my hamstrings and I wann ask u a sequence that doesn't injure them.thanks a lot:)
None of the sequences I teach should injure your hamstrings, but if you have an injury already and straight leg stretches could aggregate a hamstring tear until it heals. I would go get it checked out by a physio or ART (active release therapist) and see if they think you should be practicing yoga on it
Thank you so much for this! I always have trouble with twisted triangle and twisted side angle. Seated, I can twist around no problem, but I just can't do it in the standing poses. Focusing on elongating my spine helps, but not very much. Do you have any suggestions?
It's pretty hard to focus on a yoga practice when you get an add every 5 minutes. Literally had six ad interruptions. If you like Tim, I recommend you search for YogaWithTim.
It's not humanly possible to do a handstand, if it was possible don't you think I'd be able to do it by now? I've been trying for YEARS! And the last time I tried it I nearly killed myself and everyone around me!
