ABOUT TODAYS VIDEO: Natural Antibiotics For Dog Home Remedy
Veterinary antibiotics are simply becoming less and less effective as research clearly demonstrates while we and our dogs are becoming more and more resistant to the effects of antibiotics.
My 3 favorite natural antibiotics that work for your dog:
1: Oregano oil is natures doctor in a bottle and super antibiotic that treats yeast infections, fungal infections, gut health problems, colds and boosts the immune system.
    How to Use It?
As a general internal antibiotic you can dilute the oil at 4 to 1 for a 20% solution which still leaves a slight tingling sensation that's fine for humans and dogs.
Mix the pure oregano oil with virgin olive oil at 1 part oregano oil to 4 parts olive oil, a 20% solution.
Oregano oil has excellent anti-fungal properties. For yeast infection, cancers, allergies, parasites, digestive problems, kennel cough or to boost the immune system, rub some oregano oil mixed with virgin olive oil on the pads of your dogs feet and between toes daily.
It will soak in and do the job of an antibiotic for internal infections but without killing off your dogs gut flora like vet prescribed antibiotics do.
For skin legions, skin cancers, sarcoptic and demodectic mange, bee stings and bug bites, ear infection, muscle pain, arthritis, contact dermatitis and any type of external yeast infection, rub the 20% solution onto the area daily until its gone.
2: Colloidal silver is another of natures powerhouse antibiotics, immune system booster and effective on yeast infections, wounds and general infection healing.
    7 ways your dog benefits.
    • Colloidal silver can be used orally and topically and is anti bacterial, anti viral and anti fungal.
    • It's a natural antibiotic boosting the immune system to be more effective and replaces gut flora damaging vet prescribed antibiotics.
    • It's effective on periodontal disease, swollen gums and bad teeth.
    • Added to pets water, it's an effective general immune system booster.
    • It's safe to use on your dogs eyes - as eye drops - to kill infections and pink eye.
    • It's very effective and safe to use in your dogs ears - as an ear wash plus squeezing dropper bottle 'drops' directly into the ear canal to kill ear infection quickly.
    • It's excellent to use on cuts, abrasions and burns with fast healing.
A general guideline for oral dosing under the tongue is 5 to 10 drops, two to three times per day.
    3: Manuka Honey
Manuka honey comes from Australia and New Zealand, from the nectar of the manuka tree (tea tree). Manuka honey makes an excellent topical antibiotic, something the traditional Maori culture of New Zealand had known and used for centuries.
Manuka can also be used to treat allergies, digestive issues and stomach ulcers.
    Start off slow and over a few days build up to;
    • 1/2 tsp, twice a day, for a small sized dog.
    • 1 tsp, twice a day, for a medium sized dog
    • 2 tsp, twice a day, for a large dog

Well, what a great video! I love people like you who are not brainwashing the public that all dogs need vaccines and conventional pharmaceuticals. I know these things may have a place in medicine but why if there's safer more effective alternatives with less risk? After my dog's rabies vaccine her health went down she grew a lump on her left inner abdomen that did dissipate with time but her back legs atrophied... I thought she was dying.... eventually we got through it...but scary.
Anyway, my little one I believe is trying to leave me slowly these last couple weeks. She is my best friend and I am desperate. She was diagnosed with SARDS several years ago and has been blind ever since with a taxed system. I cook for her daily grass-fed beef or chicken, seaweed, nutritional yeast, butternut squash, broccoli, Chlorella, collagen, .... However she took a hit from something several weeks ago. Ever since her teeth are rapidly decaying, her mouth seems severely dehydrated, I spotted a small ulcer under her tongue, she was vomiting her food, wasn't able to poop, walks like she's unstable. After a lot of intervention with aloe juice, glutamine, bone broth,.. and everything else under the sun I could think of she is at least stabilized and wants to eat again and is pooping....But.... She no longer wants to go for walks anymore, her appetite is significantly reduced, no longer wags her tail, she hardly wants to get out of her bed, her teeth accumulated tons of brown film in the last two weeks, she only wants chicken. I have tried colloidal silver several times in her water bowl but don't know if I should continue as I do not want to devastate her microbiome. I would take her to the vet but she is tremendously stressed by the vet and extremely aggressive. I do not want her last memory of life at 13 yrs old to be attacking somebody with her cortisol through the roof I wanted it to be peaceful. Is there anything else I can be giving her? Maybe I'll try a little oregano mixed in her food (I've been blending her food because of her compromised digestive tract). Thank you 🙏

Your welcome. The silver is great for a short term infection and should work over several days up to 7 days.
The Oregano oil is my long term antibiotic for dogs and people too, so use it in the household when anyone is coming down with something or infection of any type. I just add some olive oil to a desertspoon, then add 4-6 drops of neat oregano oil to the spoon and swallow - does the trick and you feel great for it. For the dog 1 drop in some coconut oil or olive oil, mix in and add to food or wrap in a treat and down the hatch.

OMG , I tried Colloidial Silver for myself when I had Strep throat years ago, but did not know it would be great for animals too , My poor Puppy has an eye infection , I have given him Honey a small couple of teaspoons throughout day , and he has gotten better throughout the day , He's my baby , I just got him 2 months ago , he's only 6 months old , but the Honey has helped him alot, I have been soooooo depressed all day because I can not fix him and make him feel good in 2 seconds and take away his discomfort , I have to trust in nature running it's course , But the whole colliadial Silver thing I completely thought was only for humans , This is amazing , Thank you , I am off to the health food store first thing in the morning to buy some colloidial Silver if he does not recover overnight . Thank you Dan .

Awesome. My boy was doing well in the foot area until he busted a nail off after sliding on ice. He started licking like mad. As a result of all that liking and the foot being wet from licking, the yeast set in. Oregano will now become a topical application to his feet, pits, and chest.
    C. Silver was a huge breakthrough years back when I adopted him and found out he had a serious ear issue. I mixed C. Silver in lemon juice into a dropper bottle and put a little in his ear from time to time. I went from having to check his ears daily to not having to check for two weeks or so. Now, I only occasionally check his ears, though for some reason that ear goo has moved to other parts of his coat where the sun doesn’t shine.
I like the points you are hitting in your vids. Been getting pointers from lots of online vet types and some tips have stuck, but many I had to disregard. You tips resonate with me for sure, giving me permission to try some of the thoughts I have been throwing around in my head.
I am wondering if C. Silver in lemon solution still allows fermentation. I have avoided essential oils as they might prevent fermentation. I am curious if my C. Silver / Lemon solution is gaining any strains of beneficial probiotics. My favourite at the moment is L. Paracasei as it has been shown to reduce Malassezia yeast. My hope is to have my solution tested and see if there are any beneficial bacteria in it. If so, I think probiotic ear drops is the direction to go for gods with troublesome ears.

Dan, I love your videos!! They are so informative and just completely amazing! I have a German Shepherd dog who is 10 years old with an infected looking wound on his left, rear leg. I have treated it today with a very high PPM colloidal silver. I am so worried about him! I think he will heal, though. I also gave him turmeric, black pepper, raw honey, interanl colloidal silver, and put some unrefined coconut oil on his wound after. I packed the wound with yarrow yesterday, but the wrap came off. He has no use of his rear legs, so he drags them. He is also incontinent, so it's hard to keep him and his legs clean, but I do my best. He is basically in hospice care at this point, but I have kept him as healthy and comfortable as I can for his whole life. I also gave him CBD oil for the pain. We also give him Lifewave x39 patches. We use them for ourselves, and then I tape them to his collar. I am hoping that they activate hia stem cells and bring him some relief also. Anyway, thank you so much for your videos and for helping bring people and their companion animals back to Mother Nature! She is the best Mother ever hehe. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for my boy, Havoc. Thanks again!! Take care and namaste

    • @DanScott1
      @DanScott1  Рік тому +3

Silver will keep it clean but for next time, get an 11PPM silver. Smaller is better in this instance.
Only use silver for a short duration of no more than 14 days.
CBD for pain is very good.
My only tip is feed as much fresh food as possible and here's what I say to kibble feeders:
If you feed kibble, the best thing to do first is remove 50% of the kibble from the bowl and replace with raw eggs (preferably organic), canned sardines (in plain water with skin & bone intact: 12 Pack Sardines - amzn.to/3vaXrj6), some part cooked and blended veggies like broccoli, kale, green beans, spinach, brussel sprouts, bok choy etc and some meat proteins such as chicken meat, even better.
If not liking to prepare vegetables then these freeze dried greens are antioxidant packed to help protect cells from free radical damage, cellular repair, support immunity, joints, skin issues, heart and eye health: Core Immune CARE Greens: shrsl.com/3uv18
Now your dogs getting live enzymes, probiotics, Omega 3 oils, the highest quality proteins and nutritional assimilation from eggs (100%), and antioxidants, minerals and vitamins from vegetables.
Always add a quality probiotic: (skin issues/yeast/itchy dogs) use this one: amzn.to/3yoURqU and for all other dogs use this one: shrsl.com/3uv7l
If you want an excellent, VERY low carbohydrate kibble at just 5%, (high carbohydrates cause chronic inflammation, with itchy skin, yeast, poor gut health, ear infection, UTI's and hot spots, and nearly all kibbles are 40+% carbs!). Ketona has high protein at 47% (dogs thrive on proteins), correct fats at 15% and natural additives, so have a look at Ketona Kibble: healthydogforlife.com/KetonaKibble.
I recommend still adding the fresh foods even with the best kibble.
Thank you for watching and I appreciate your comments.

My dog started getting terrible tremors, he loses his balance and falls all the time but it only lasts a few hours, it seems everyday it lasts longer though. He is a border collie and he is 14 years old. He has always been so healthy and it is so hard to see him like this. I am going to try the colloidal silver, I pray that it works. I have been giving him some organic maple syrup for now and that seems to work but I would rather get rid of the infection. I think it is in his ear. Thank you for this information I am going to try it. Vet's are way to expensive and that's a shame but then again they are like Pharma, only a band-aid.

Been fighting infections for years without antibiotics. Manuka, turmeric, apple cider, silver, coconut oil, aloe, and everything else. Unfortunately, just had to get them pulled....😥

Is it okay to start Oregano oil and/or silver if I’ve already started a topical bacitracin antibiotic from her vet derm? It’s been applied to her abdomen for 3 days now. Could discontinuing the abx and switching to a natural method result in bacterial resistance? Thank you for all you do.

No, just stop the vet one, wait 24hrs and begin the oregano as a topical.. much better option. Remember to mix it, 1 part oregano to 4 parts carrier oil.
Vet antibiotics tend to make dogs sick or go off food, the oregano won't and is great as an antibiotic.

My vet suggested just waiting and observing him as he might have just come in contact with it but have a strong enough immune system to fight it off. Oregano oil is very effective antibiotic: amzn.to/3ulnF1T add 2 drops to a tsp olive oil, mix and add to food. Run a 14 day protocol once daily.
For the fluid, use dandelion tincture: Dandelion Root - Digestive & Liver Support for Dogs: shrsl.com/3uv1s
Also diet is key: Here's some help..
If you feed kibble, the best thing to do first is remove 50% of the kibble from the bowl and replace with raw eggs (best) soft boiled (ok) and preferably organic, canned sardines (in plain water with skin & bone intact: 12 Pack Sardines - amzn.to/3vaXrj6), some part cooked and blended veggies like broccoli, kale, green beans, spinach, brussel sprouts, bok choy etc and some meat proteins such as chicken meat, even better.
Always add a quality probiotic to improve digestion and gut health: (skin issues/yeast/itchy dogs) use this one: amzn.to/3yoURqU and for all other dogs use this one: shrsl.com/3uv7l
By introducing fresh foods, really lowering carbs use, introducing greens, omega 3's, proteins and a better more suitable kibble, your dog will respond with healing and improved health over the next 12 weeks.
      Some must do's:
Zero vaxx once adult (auto immune disease issues rife from over vaccination)
If Rabies is mandatory, use Protect after shots: (Humic & Fulvic acid) amzn.to/33P2P1i
Very low carbs in diet, 10% or less (cause of inflammation, poor gut health and later, cancer)
No vet drugs, there's effective natural alternatives (always!)
Feed a healthier diet with at least 50% fresh food in it.
NO white foods ie white rice, potato, pasta..

      2 drops large dog.
Great antibiotic, use your self too with 4 drops in that tspoon of carrier oil and down the hatch at the first sign of anything.

Hi Dan, my dog just got diagnosed with ehrlichosis, pancreatitis and his kidneys aren't well too. Been giving doxyciline for about 2 weeks now but he vomits every now and then, sometimes he doesn't. He refuses to eat at times and is very thin. There's also blood in his urine, and stool is black. The vet also prescribed prednisone for platelet production, elevet for his anemia and supplements for kidneys and liver. I'm from the Philippines and found oregano supplement in capsule form. Do you think I can give this to my dog together with colloidal silver? Thank you.

    • @DanScott1
      @DanScott1  2 роки тому +3

No need to give them together, doing the same thing if treating infection. If no infection, use the organo oil caps but only temporary 2 weeks.
Focus on diet and feeding fresh foods like meats, eggs, veggies and ween off the drugs as they will stress the liver/kidneys badly if left for long.
      Protecting The Kidneys:
It’s crucial to protect and support healthy kidneys to avoid kidney disease in dogs.
      1. Feed a fresh, whole food diet. A balanced raw diet will give your dog the protein, vitamins and nutrients he needs to function well. Adding the following to your dog’s regular diet will also help support his system and protect kidney function:
Eggs - easily digested complete food
Small fish like mackerel, anchovies and sardines (canned is good and convenient)
      Sprouts
Small seeds - flax or sesame are great (crushed)
Herbs - dandelion and parsley (can gets as tincture if not fresh)
      2. Add some fresh chopped herbs to your dog’s food - a pinch per 10 lbs up to 1 Tbsp for a dog 100 lbs or larger. If you buy dried herbs, capsules or a tincture, assume the dose on the label is for a 150 lb human and adjust the dose for your dog’s weight.
      3. Avoid or minimize vaccines - since they’re a major cause of inflammation and the toxic adjuvants and additives can compromise your dog’s system. Since the kidneys flush toxins from the body, vaccines force the kidneys to work overtime anytime there’s a new toxin unreduced. Your dog’s kidneys don’t like those toxins and will work hard to flush them out.
      4. Avoid drugs and toxins - Antibiotics are really hard on the kidneys and drugs that suppress symptoms are not actually doing anythin to heal the real issue. Use silver for antibiotic use: amzn.to/2UXexmC
      5. Give a good quality probiotics to improve digestion overall and help the kidneys process better: amzn.to/3xqa2i0
Your dog’s kidneys are amazing organs that often don’t get the credit they deserve. If your dog has kidney issues, using fresh food as therapy and avoiding the drugs/vaccines the kidneys will suffer through is the way to go for your dogs health long term.

Hello @DanScott1, I have a Dogo Argentino who has recurrent UTI's and is constantly licking and biting at her feet. I make her a homemade diet, and while trying to get the healthy fat content correct, she wound up with pancreatitis. She takes Apoquel for allergies and Fluoxetine for anxiety (aggressive behavior) and is on Cerenia for nausea caused by pancreatitis. Vet put her on SMZ for UTI. She also has an ear infection. I know I need to switch up her home made diet and take out the carbs. I have to wait for the pancreatitis to be resolved as they have her on very low fat turkey and white rice diet. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

For the UTI's use oregano oil: amzn.to/3ulnF1T, 2 drops in tsp olive or coconut oil, mix and add to food once daily for 7 days. For the feet, 1 drops oregano oil in olive or coconut oil, mix and apply to feet and massage in daily for 7 days, then twice weekly.
Cook the food less and less so it's raw in the middle and make it increasingly raw, cooked food brings allergies but transition over slowly over several weeks and add soil based probiotics to the food: amzn.to/3yoURqU start them small first week.
Also add lots or organic/free range eggs, 6 a day is good and use canned sardines also.
And for flow, antioxidants and much more use freeze dried greens in once daily in food, a half scoop: amzn.to/3R1m3HR
Pancreatitis too much cooked fats hence leaving the food raw. The dog needs 15% fats in daily food total. This would be in the meats and any extra omega 3 oils added like Hemp Seed oil: amzn.to/3vDdtjX.
Wean off the Apohell (just bad!) and replace with Colostrum (for allergies, sensitivity, intolerance & off Apoquel): amzn.to/3H79rad
Replace the Fluox. with CBD oil: healthydogforlife.com/CBD the 600. Full dose twice daily AM and PM.
Stop the Cerenia when the pancreatitis is under control.
The oregano replaces the SMZ, wait 24hrs and use the Oregano for all infections internal (UTI) and external (ear infection).
Zero to very low carbs in diet, no sugars, no vet drugs, and no vaccines!
The turkeys fine the white rice makes feet itch and causes UTI's and ear infection along with vaccs and drugs.
You train her for the aggression which is underlying from your dog management via your personal state of mind.. just is. Look up Cesar Milan and follow his lead from YT videos.
Lots to do but will come good if you are determined.

I'm sick of that reasoning too. Glad you have become aware. MY fav is oregano oil: amzn.to/3ulnF1T
It's neat, so 1-2 drops in tsp olive oil, mix well and add to food. Run a specific protocol of 11 days, then stop.
      Then it's all about diet:

If Rabies is mandatory, use Protect after shots: (Humic & Fulvic acid) amzn.to/33P2P1i
Very low carbs in diet, 10% or less (cause of inflammation, poor gut health and later, cancer) No vet drugs, there's effective natural alternatives (always!)
Feed a healthier diet with at least 50% fresh food in it.
NO white foods ie white rice, potato, pasta..

Sprays won't do it. Some oregano oil mixed with coconut oil will bring relief but the underlying issue is the diet or more specifically the kibble causing the allergies, hence the foot chewing (I have a client with this exact problem).
So for the oregano oil: amzn.to/3ulnF1T
      Coconut oil: amzn.to/3xXa9SX
Mix 2 drops of oregano oil with 1 tsp of coconut oil, mix well and rub all over the affected areas for relief. Organo oil is also an exccellent antibiotic for any infections, Mix 2 drops of oregano oil to 1tsp coconut oil and add to food and do this for 14 days.
Re the underlying diet causing itchy feet. get some soil based probiotics: amzn.to/3yoURqU add to meals ongoing as directed but start small and build up for a few days.
