Don't play with chia seeds though. They make your stomach run a lot. I have suffered with constipation my whole life (sometimes not going to the bathroom for 7 days) and have tried almost everything including drinking more water, eating fiber, and drinking medication to make the stomach work. The typical dose for the sachet medication was 1 or 2 sachets when needed... I was taking 8 a day. I recently found chia seeds and 2 tablespoons every few days does it for me! (sorry for the TMI but its just to understand the magnitude of how potent chia seeds are)

@@achernar4901 You really have no reason to be angry besides your inner hatred for your neighboor. Also you dont know me personally to have any idea about my educational background so dont make assumptions. Also countries around the Mediterranean share a lot of dishes, that is an undisputed fact. Greeks dont claim yogurt. Greeks claim a high quality product that is yogurt.

@@kellykara498 First of all, we do not have hatred towards our neighbor, we are just angry and we have very justified reasons for this. One of them, what I have been talking about from the beginning, is that you add the suffix 'ki' to the end of a dish from Turkish culture and claim that it is your own culture, which does not mean sharing the dish. Also, as you said, I have no idea about your education, but the fact that you constantly embrace Turkish cuisine shows that you do not even have knowledge about your own culture.
