What to get at the grocery store before a colonoscopy

Just got thru my 4th colonoscopy… get thru the prep, it’s easy after that. Fat free broth helped a lot …by dinnertime, needed something that was somewhat close to real food.

broth is such an essential pick ahh yes!! shout out to coconut water. However the real legend here is a sprite from the McDonald’s drive thru. My partner left to give me a “surprise” in the middle of my prep and they came back with a sprite from McDonald’s and I started crying haha. I don’t even drink sprite but it was such a treat.
Also, when you consume your broth, pretend it’s pho broth and you just finished eating everything in your pho.

I'm 10 years out from needing my first colonoscopy but I'm still watching these in preparation..also it's a good thing I like to read . As I feel like I will be doing that a lot the day before and the day of when I'm in the bathroom emptying my bowels

I was sick to my stomach afterwards. This was my biggest mistake upon completion of the test. I actually plan to slowly reverse my foods choices sans the bowel drink this time!

being on a diet before the colonoscopy is not bad at all it's the prep i didn't like that yucky icky salty nasty stuff tasted so salty.

How much copay did you lay if you did it last year as preventive it’s exactly every ten years after fifty fior zero copay if in between that time it’s twentyfive dollar sublspecialty copay I’m on Medicare without Medicaid I have to followvr7les to get free copay

Your right. An it's airborne so the no mask is startling. Not what video was about but couldn't help myself. I have seen videos done with a mask on.

There was another guy in grocery store without a mask at all. It's unfortunate but true that different areas have different rules/culture about mask wearing. I won't hold it against her.
