It´s always good to hear from a specialist, people would have a lot less health issues if information like that were taught in schools. Thank you for sharing medical knowledge.

My high blood pressure is stage 1, and genetic, I don't want to take any pills, but may have to, now how can I keep it at a safe level without it costing me financially. Food is expensive and the stuff I defintely don't need is what I can afford.

Thank you, Dr Frita. Being a health minded person, I have already took the initiative to incorporate many of the things you've suggested into my lifestyle long ago. However, there is always room for improvement so I will be sure to add these additional things such as keeping a gratitude journal ( which I used to do but stop), owning a pet (which I use to do but no longer do), volunteer in my community(which I use to do but no longer do), taking my blood pressure regularly(which I stop doing due to fear of not doing it properly.)

What is the main cause of high blood pressure. That what you must teach the poeple to prevent it than having ro cure. Well when I run a servey. Hunger is the main cause but their other things contribute to it like alcohol beverages, too much salt, smoking and food as well is not all food are good to consume sodium intake from early childhood . When you talking about stress let blood pressure go up foolishness. If so be the case in captivity is the most stressful place anyone could ever be. People who are there especially innocently 25-30% of behind bars would fainted to death, with very high blood pressure.
