So, let’s have a real conversation. Let’s talk about how to lower high blood pressure numbers with some easy and practical lifestyle and diet changes.

It´s always good to hear from a specialist, people would have a lot less health issues if information like that were taught in schools. Thank you for sharing medical knowledge.
Thanks Dr. Frita ⭐️ I would add prayer, Scripture intake, memorization and Biblical meditation for those who believe in the Holy Trinity or anyone who is searching for deeper meaning in life.

Thank you, Dr Frita. Being a health minded person, I have already took the initiative to incorporate many of the things you've suggested into my lifestyle long ago. However, there is always room for improvement so I will be sure to add these additional things such as keeping a gratitude journal ( which I used to do but stop), owning a pet (which I use to do but no longer do), volunteer in my community(which I use to do but no longer do), taking my blood pressure regularly(which I stop doing due to fear of not doing it properly.)
Thank you for this valuable information… I really appreciate you!!!! You sharing this information is (can be, if followed 😊) is a gift from God…. Please keep up the great work 🙋🏾♀️❤️

Good morning Dr. my husband has BP. We have tried everything suggested and recommended except continue taking meds. We don’t want his kidneys to go out. We need to know how to control it. It’s up and down but up most of the time. I am following your videos to the tee. Please any other suggestions you may have. Thank you.
Do you prescribe medication for b/p via your telehealth sessions?
Is the blood pressure monitor at Publix good, especially since it's only one cuff fits all type of thing
Passion fruit lowers my pressure real quick.
That's a good one . Please my question Dr. If one check blood pressure for the first reading is 142/85 and after 3mins checked again and got 127/74 what is the person's actual bp ???? Thank you
Walking around, everyone’s BP goes up and when you sit down for 5 minutes it should come down
Take your BP three times and take the average off those three. That is your BP
❤❤❤
