Just to be clear, Shift on the fly tuning DOES NOT require an additional switch on these tunes. The switch shown is used to make the 2004-2005 trucks behave like 2006-2007 trucks with the option of regular driving mode, tow haul mode and overdrive off. 2004-2005 trucks do not need this modification, but will benefit from it.
I purchased the total tune package from Rob and I can say my truck is running great. I run the 12v HP tune the most. I have seen 3-4 mpg hand calculated in gains since i started using these tunes. I'm confused, this video is 3 months old and you show your total tuning package at $425, I'm thinking great deal but I go to your website and it's really $725 with shift on the fly. Is there a discounted amount when you check out?
I used to sell the MM3 and tunes separately, so the $425 did not include the cost of the tuner. Since then I have combined them into one package which is why the prices look different. Also the total package comes with more tunes now.

Can u recommend a obd scanner that will let me do cylinder comparison and injector shutoff? I just got a 2004 5.9. 3500 ram dually. I want to check things over then do a tuning package. Thanks for the great channel

My '06 5.9 came with an ATS transmission. Shifts like crap while towing up hill around 55mph. It's either revving too high or too low. It's never in the sweet spot. Will the transmission tune work for this? Disclaimer: this is my first Dodge/diesel.
You wouldn't happen to know where I can find replacement com mod cable. The one with the little white connector. I check smartys website but no replacement parts on there
So with the sotf tunes what is the difference between the full flash or just doing the rt flash ? If it flashes the same tune why take the time to do a full flash ? Just curious
I get I am a few years late, but as I read in his instructions the full flash is to set the base tune for every time you start the truck to instantly run and you rt flash one time tunes. So if you just want to run the 12v tune you full flash it and then when you go to pull a trailer or want to run a different tune for a day you just quick flash the tune you want to run for the day and when you shut the truck off it goes back to the 12v tune when you turn the key back on.

I have Rob's tunes and I am pleased. I got nearly 4 mph gain on interstate with 12 valve tune at 80 mph
