- Are you ready for a Killer Monday Workout? No Equipment, so all you need is a mat, something to drink and a little bit of space.
We gonna work for 50 seconds on each exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
The 10 Minutes should be intense & challenging so make sure to push yourself at home!
WORKOUT DETAILS
Warm Up

1. Lunge Stretch Left Leg

This workout burned!!! I found your channel a few weeks ago and ive been doing them 2x a week for the last 3 weeks. Im going to bump myself up to 3x a week hopefully soon. Your workouts are killer and i wish i found them earlier in quarentine but better late then never! :)
Loved the format with the warm up and cool down included. This with a 15/20min workout section would be awesome!

a little bit disappointed that the actual workout section wasn't longer: I repeated some of the exercises so they would work for me! the exercises you chose were intense!

Killer one! It's perfect to start the day with this workout. Lots of calories burned. The best part is warm up included in it, you don't have t o warm up first and then start with the exercise.

i thought this one wasn’t so hard and it was mostly legs you know, I liked the warmup and stretch format. During the workout I was like alright this one was easy but after i showered oh my god my legs are dying lmaoo
