  • DAY 10 - LAST TABATA TONE UP CHALLENGE Workout in Crossfit Style. We have Bodyweight Only Exercises and Exercises with weights, dumbbells: Strength & Hiit combined.
    If you need a challenge at home - this is your workout.
    To all my Beginners: I will show you Beginner modified versions, so this one is definitely for you too.

    I'm a physician & have started to share your site with my patients. Your workouts are easy to follow, great for myself and my patients. I love that you have music playing without a lot of talking during the workout -- my mind AND body are refreshed now as I start my day healthier! and I LOVE your comment at the end about "stop focusing on your weight". So true--being STRONG and ATHLETIC is the best goal!

    I just wanted to thank you for your great videos. I want to focus on getting healthy and fit after a long time struggling with eating disorders. I really appreciate the format of your videos and the fact that you do not focus on the appearance only ('get a six pack', 'grow your bootie', 'slim your waist' etc). I feel stronger and more confident in what my body can do! Thank you.

    When I started to workout a few months ago, I could never have done a full workout like that without any breaks!
    And now I can do it, I can feel and see the improvement in my fitness and my body. So don't give up, keep going on it will pay out someday soon!!

    It´s true, it´s completely true: I started focus on being stronger and one morning my body changed and was stronger, exercices were easier to do, but the point is to have fun right from the beginning of the journey.

    Recently started following Anna. She is amazing, love her workouts, challenging and some very tuff. Didn’t even attempt the handstand one!! I can’t do a handstand never mind a 1 handed one!!! What’s all that about! 🤣 Definitely recommend Anna. Thanks Anna👍💪🏻

    Love the 10 day schedule - please do more like this that are shorter HIIT, Tabata but shorter in length - 20 min is perfect

    LOVED this!!1 YES to more at home crossfit, YES to more tabata, YES to more kickass music, and YES to 2 moves (moderate and advanced in case I need moderate and to work to advanced. this way I dont feel like i failed bc Im not there yet!)

    Great challenge and videos!!! I never liked to do guided workouts until I found your channel!!! I am feeling so much stronger- especially push ups and lunges. I would love another 10 day challenge!!! Love the CrossFit whole body hiit!

    Nice workout, I like that you add the advanced pieces. It gives more variety to my workouts, especially since most HIITs are now a bit repetitive :)

    thank you! this was a great challenge to get into a fitness routine again. I struggled a bit through the first few videos, but started to have a lot of fun towards the end. I will definitely try some other workouts on your channel. AAAND maybe at some point I will be able to come back and do those hand stand tab thingies.

    I love all your workouts and the way you curate your content. I have to say this was my least favourite bec of the repeats. So I don't think I would do this again...however as I said I love your content and always see results if I consistently do your workouts x

    It got me to feel more fit and althetic ater week one. Even when I went into the 20 mins, I pushed my self even harder and I feel so much better after 2 weeks. On to the next challenge!

    I love how she incorporated some weights in this tabata! The handstand tap was not possible for me so I subbed for handstands instead. Active cal 140.
