To all my Beginners: I will show you Beginner modified versions, so this one is definitely for you too.

When I started to workout a few months ago, I could never have done a full workout like that without any breaks!
And now I can do it, I can feel and see the improvement in my fitness and my body. So don't give up, keep going on it will pay out someday soon!!

It´s true, it´s completely true: I started focus on being stronger and one morning my body changed and was stronger, exercices were easier to do, but the point is to have fun right from the beginning of the journey.
Just finished this challenge and I loved it. Still have a long way to do all the reps that you do, but I'm on my way.
Looks simple but it’s definitely a workout! Great simple format with just enough repetition. Love your energy and positivity thanks for sharing all this with us

Love the 10 day schedule - please do more like this that are shorter HIIT, Tabata but shorter in length - 20 min is perfect

thank you! this was a great challenge to get into a fitness routine again. I struggled a bit through the first few videos, but started to have a lot of fun towards the end. I will definitely try some other workouts on your channel. AAAND maybe at some point I will be able to come back and do those hand stand tab thingies.

It got me to feel more fit and althetic ater week one. Even when I went into the 20 mins, I pushed my self even harder and I feel so much better after 2 weeks. On to the next challenge!

I love how she incorporated some weights in this tabata! The handstand tap was not possible for me so I subbed for handstands instead. Active cal 140.
