Guys, trust me when I say that this is one of the best arm exercises I've done so far. It's beginner friendly while at the same time, getting the burn you need. I've been doing it for the past 3 days, and I can already see a visible difference in my arms. My back posture also improved. Honestly, some of the breaks are a bit too short for me, so I just adjust it to a longer length. Yet again, every person is different. Listen to your body. I'm sure that over time, I'll get better with the workout, and even plan to increase my weights from 3 to 6.
So this is what it means to be an adult, spending monday evening on UA-cam and getting really excited over tomorrow's workout. Every time I get the notification, like a kid before christmas 🙈 "Tomorrow is arm day, YAY!"👏🏽😂

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
This workout is among my favourites. I got to this workout when I didn't feel so motivated to workout. I grab my weights and I bang it out in 20 minutes. This journey has been awesome. I agree with you dear. For arms ,this is definately the designer workout. The feeling cannot really be put into words. Feels like at the gym with some sophisticated maschines. Wow!
At the beginning of the warm up I thought I was not going to be capable of doing it, even the warm up, least to get thrpugh the whole workout. And yet I did!! I just finished!! I felt so great when the emoji of Fire appeared, in Last Exercise. I felt… powerful and on fire myself. So proud and happy. Then, it might have been the music you put in the cool down - stretches, but the change was so abrupt I found myself nearly crying and suddenly thinking of my father, who has Parkinson’s disease, and of how lucky we are of being able to do all these movements… it is a lot in a single workout!! I did it without weights, because for me, the weight of my arms suffice.. I had arms (tendons and nerves) injuries for over two years so for me to be able to complete this is… You just don’t know how much you inspire me. Thank you for being you, Anna…
I lack words to describe how I feel after this workout. I discovered a few weeks ago that my arms had become very weak and flappy. In my search for a good and effective arms routine, God led me here and the rest is history. A little over a week doing this routine and I can see the definition in my arms again. It's by far the most challenging arm routine I have done in all the years but I keep coming back. Use 5 kgs on each arm and it's awesome...hard---but the feeling after pushing through is priceless. Best arm workout I've ever done!! I always feel underworked when I do arm workouts but the length of time on these reps is perfect for a good challenge! First time I've had to stop/drop a move because my arms were just burning!! I will get stronger and be able to push through all the way with 5 lb weights!! Thank you for making me feel strong, Anna!

This is the first time I actually write a comment about a workout UA-cam video, ever, but I gotta say, it's been a month ish since I've started doing these exercises almost every day, between 5-6 times a week and I do see the difference. My arms are slimmer and more defined than before. I didn't reach my goal yet but I can see a huge improvement. Great video!

I've done this workout a couple of times the last months, and I was screaming and my arms were so tired. This week, I decided (on my workout plan) to do this again and I felt stronger because I don't feel like I am suffering like I used to in the past. I had injured my left rotator cuff maybe seven years ago and for physical therapy they had me do swimming and wall push-ups and what not but I’m telling you had. I had access to this video it would’ve made a world of difference for me in my career as a massage therapist Today I have felt so much activation in my deltoid muscle. You know how the deltoid has three flaps like a banana that last one that’s closest to the back that’s where I felt so much activation and that’s what’s damaged and really needs to be rebuilt so when I say thank you, I mean, thank you thank you

That was easily the hardest arm workout I’ve done in a long time. I hate doing arms( I really need to do them though) and this showed me where I can measure my progress. I started with 4 kg finished in 1kgs😂😂 that last one was a killer. Look forward to doing the whole thing with 4ks!!
after doing this workout everyday for two weeks i can see my arm toning up much more and was able to complete the entire workout without extra breaks but the burn still remains!

Well, she wrote in the description that she used 2×2kg wieghts in this workout, but she also wrote "easy weights", so you can use what is for you an "easy" weight, I would say 🙂 If you are a beginner, I would strongly recommand you not to start with heavy weights, cause you might tear appart your muscles (resulting in a bit of pain wich can be discouraging) 😉 Maybe starts with two 1kg dumbells, then increase the weight little by little as you progress 😀 But it depends on your already existent strength : if you´re already in a good condition, then you can use more weighted dumbells right away, if you are careful about your exercises and positions, it won´t be a problem normally 🙂 Be aware though : it is not because you are starting with 4kg dumbells that your progress will be 2 times faster than with 2kg dumbells : it is not proportionnal, progress takes times 🙃
But I mean, this is not a workout for heavy weights. There is a lot of repetition so not a lot of weight. But you can alternate this with a more challenging but shorter workout, using then heavier dumbells.

That was easily the hardest arm workout I’ve done in a long time. I hate doing arms( I really need to do them though) and this showed me where I can measure my progress. I started with 4 kg finished in 1kgs😂😂 that last one was a killer. Look forward to doing the whole thing with 4ks!!

Girl you are inspiring me to workout more and more everyday❤️, What dumbbells are ya using in this..I’m not sure but thinking on starting with 4kg dumbbells as a beginner to tone muscles!?
Well, she wrote in the description that she used 2×2kg wieghts in this workout, but she also wrote "easy weights", so you can use what is for you an "easy" weight, I would say 🙂
If you are a beginner, I would strongly recommand you not to start with heavy weights, cause you might tear appart your muscles (resulting in a bit of pain wich can be discouraging) 😉 Maybe starts with two 1kg dumbells, then increase the weight little by little as you progress 😀 But it depends on your already existent strength : if you´re already in a good condition, then you can use more weighted dumbells right away, if you are careful about your exercises and positions, it won´t be a problem normally 🙂 Be aware though : it is not because you are starting with 4kg dumbells that your progress will be 2 times faster than with 2kg dumbells : it is not proportionnal, progress takes times 🙃
But I mean, this is not a workout for heavy weights. There is a lot of repetition so not a lot of weight.
But you can alternate this with a more challenging but shorter workout, using then heavier dumbells.
