Namaste, everyone, I am very happy that you have completed day one challenge and now just only 20 days are left to complete this 21 days challenge.
Our today’s focus is digestion. The Asana which you are practising at today’s video is focused on our centre body, the core and energy body The Manipura. This is the area where energy is stored and from here it is distributed to all other physical organs.

Can you please tell me any yoga for the intestines pain or stomach pain in left side of navel . Should we compulsory do in empty stomach or is it ok for doing after eat anything.plz sir tell me i have erosions present in antrum problem so i request you to msg me as soon as possible
