thank for this video. In this modern way of living, we are not able to eat around or soon after the sunset. Especially in winter time in certain part of the world. I eat lightly 98 percent of the time. I don't like the feeling of eating too much, as it makes me feel heavy and uncomfortable. I really dislike that. I'm a pesco-vegetarian.
However, questions.. In winter, I often don't arrive home until after dark, and then eat soon after that. What to do?
After eating I usually rest sitting for 1/2 hour, to let myself digest, sometimes reading or listening to audio books or doing language app. What would you please suggest doing instead of mental work?
What about northern countries where sun goes down at 3 pm?
What scriptures do you refer to?
The video would be more helpful if you let us know what to eat and what not to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kindly also give some suggestions for people who schedule is such that they cannot avoid eating late night. He explained it in the video about food. Simply do not distract your mind with something else, focus on the processes happening in your stomach. Where attention goes energy flows, so let the energy work in the stomach.
