Brett @pfispeed his personality would be amazing for this!
We've got our tickets.
How about Jeff Patton from @everythingautos for a driver
How about @JerryRigEverything? Huge channel and a local Utah guy. Got my tiks to the games and hotel reservations; can’t wait!
Will there be any live streams of the event this year?
How about Pacificnorthwesthillbilly, or kjraycing for the games?
This is the "Matt's Off Road Recovery" channel and we're here to watch whatever MORR is doing. Whether that's recovering vehicles, building rigs, saving Corvairs, or just general shenanigans...we don't care. Just keep being you and doing what you do. ♥
And i thought it were a cooking channel... :D
@@Guds777 Did you even watch the video? I was referring to the viewers complaining about the content and that they want more off road recovering and less Corvair videos.
Couldn’t have said that better….
We do like the shenanigans!
Yup. It is all good love your work! Cheers from Australia.
The amount of gratitude Jake showed was phenomenal. He seems to be a good guy and deserves some good stuff . Well done Matt
Looked like he wanted to give him a hug and/or cry at a point and I totally don’t blame him.
Jake from State Farm?
@@Mgreco0419yep I noticed that too
Well done Matt You are an Awesome person ..!! .. and all your Team are Nice Guys ... !!!
❤❤❤
When I discovered this channel a while ago, one of the first things I noticed was, what a great father Matt is. The more I get to know MORR, I realize Matt is a father not only to his sons. He is a father to every member of his team. In a way he is father to everybody he meets (just watch him interact with every kid he meets). He just can‘t help it. He is a father.
YAY!!!! Jake has been my favorite employees because he ALWAYS has a smile on his face and has so much positive energy! I got teary for him. He deserves it.
Jake is such a deserving guy for that gift. His reaction says it all!
"So I'm just gonna give them to other people and wreck their lives the same way I've wrecked mine." Pure Matt gold right there!🤣🤣🤣
I love Jake, always smiling and so positive, it always puts me in a better mood. So cool to see him get a corvair.
Awwwwww maaaan.... I just love the reaction from Jake. You can tell that he's 100% sincere.
We could use some more Jake in these videos - he's a good kid.
You are awesome Matt. Very nice of you to realize you aren’t going to use all of them. So many cars sit because the owners won’t let them go.
Yup and with Matts parts and knowledge he could make dreams come true.
Finally realizing he has a Corvair problem. That's the first step!!
Dori is turning out amazing!!! I love it already and can’t wait to get it shining for the off road games!!
In a world where there is absolutely nothing clean to watch as entertainment, I am so glad that y'all have this channel for our viewing pleasure. All of the family and work crew seem to be very kind and genuine people. That is much appreciated!! Then, you have the truly nice guy, Matt!
I am grateful that you realize that you can't fix and repair all of those beautiful classics and that you decide to do such a nice thing as to give one to a great employee and friend like Jake! Please keep being yourselves and showing that kindness and goodness are not dead in the world! Thanks, MORR!!
Matt, I’m so impressed with how well you lead your team and treat them like family. I spent 22 years in the military and you are the kind of guy I always tried to work for during my career and be when I moved up to leadership positions. Well done; keep driving!
Not a thing wrong with the Corvair content, it's a welcome addition! It's great to see the old iron saved and used!
🤣 Kaulin slowly going to a bigger and bigger hammer… then saying, “we’re cutting it…” OMG! I laughed out loud!
My grandfather was a steel mill guy his entire life. One thing I learned from him as a youngster tinkering around in his shop was “if at first you don’t succeed, get a bigger hammer.”
😂
I wasn’t ready for that amazing gift and message you added Matt. It really shows how great you are and appreciate those around you.
You can really tell how much Jake appreciates it, I feel like he’s one of those guys who never gets any gifts and finally did.
One of my fav episodes!! Had a tear for Jake and Kolby getting their own Corvairs. They are both such great team members. Thank you Matt. More Corvair stuff please!!!
I'm impressed by Jake's reaction.
lol what were you expecting
Real happy for Jake, he's a real one. Well deserved 🎉
More Corvair content is never enough. Love this channel and all the “car” stuff that goes with it.
I don't know what it is about Jake but I'm glad he is with you guys. I enjoy his antics and the excitement he has when he is holding the camera filming himself!
So nice to see people give and recieve awesome gifts. I understand Jakes reaction, he seems to be a really good guy. Happy New Year to everyone! ❤
Making Jake a part of the family with that great gift and to see how he really appreciates it. In these time's to have people around that are so helpful and ready to do whatever is needed warms my heart. Love y'all keep it up
Thanks Matt for all the crazy antics and for your love for Corsairs. I’ll have to go thru some of my old family photos. The first car I can remember is our 1961 White Corsair Monza. I loved that old car…wanted my parents to hold on to it so I could use it when I started to drive in ‘68 but they needed it as a trade-in. Great memories! 😊
I love how you guys treat the crew as your extended family and include them in all your ideas.
It’s great to see Colin fully recovered and a part of the team.
Yes, and hope he can/is back on his mountain bike too!
Yeah. Kaulin is very good looking too. So glad he has recovered and going strong.
@@Beautifulclouds60no he isn't. No way
Matt never explained in detail what exactly happened? did he lose his leg entirely or did it just get mangled or what?
Matt, I really appreciate your kindness and generosity with your crew and fans. What you did for Jake was just downright good! Even tho Jefe might have pitched a little fit for not getting much direct work done on Deju Blue, I think he will understand! Although nothing will ever compare to the Banana, the Blue Berry looks good, and I suspect Robby will be more then pleased!
I started watching this video Tuesday evening, and got a huge kick out of the “Matt and the Marker” incident, but was interrupted by a plea for help from a friend with his resume and hunt for a new job. Then I had a massive heart attack and had to drive myself to the hospital because I live alone way back in the woods, off-grid and off-GPS. I lived through the very unpleasant incident, and sat down this afternoon to finish watching the episode. I had forgotten how funny the “Marker Incident” had been, and got to enjoy it several times again! I enjoyed it even more, I guess because I’m still alive.
Robby said to let you know that there is a stainless-steel bolt in the bottom of the grill on the Bombi that you will have to remove to get the grill off. It is right in the center of the grill. If you go to the video he posted Dec 31 almost to the end of the video, you can see the bolt.
I'm stealing this comment lol
There are no words to express how happy it made me, that Ed gave the weather in this upload.
As always, it's always nice to see Ed out and about and enjoying the lack of wind!
Hi, Ed!
I enjoyed this video, start to finish....never stop being Matt!
Jake and Kolby rock and are such a great addition to the team. What a great way to show appreciation for them. Happy New Year’s to everyone on the MORR team! Thank you for all you do.
Never apologize for your passion for Corvairs. That's who you are and part of what makes the unique material for this channel. There are plenty of "off road" channels, but only one MORR!
Happy New Years to the entire crew and their families.
You can never have to much corvair content!
So far I think it is a great mix of recoveries, builds and Corvair content. Don't change a thing!
Agreed
Matt, you rock.. love your channel, love your team, past and present...awesome gesture giving those cars away..made me cry...love you all
I'm enjoying watching your Corvair moments. Grandpa had one that he drove on the farm, in Central Iowa. His Shepard, Greta, thought the right front seat was hers and had a doggy butt depression worn into the seat. Kind of makes me wish I had snagged his when he quit driving it, rusted floorboards and all. I was just a young, dumb guy and never thought about it. Keep 'em rolling!
Well deserved Jake and Colby. Way to take care of your crew Matt. Top drawer folks all around. Have a safe and happy new year.
I don't think taking care of his crew has been a priority til now and it's always some tax write-off. I'm sure they'd rather an actor salary. Miss the old crew. No chemistry left . I like Tom and all but he can't replace Trever and Tucker. I watch seldom now and use to look for new videos
Absolutely love the whole... Family, unity of the group. Everyone does something and gets included one way or another.
It's very calming to watch when so many just, gets along with each other.
I love variety keep going with all the different stuff! I love it all and I am 61 year old retired elementary school teacher. I found you guys when I retired. My husband is a 100% disable veteran who was a crew chief over a F-15 C. In other words he took apart and worked on the F-15. Fighter Jet was used in the Gulf War. I tell him always you can fix a 60 million dollar jet fighter, but you cannot fix anything in my house. We love watching you guys and your wife would make a great military wife! Keep on taping and take care of your-self.
Every thing you guys do is golden. I needed a smile this New Year's Eve. You guys made it happen. God Bless you all and may you have a happy and prosperous New Year!
Jake was stunned he couldnt even stop looking at it. Matt is an awesome person always has been
That’s right Matt. Keep gifting the most dangerous car ever driven on American roads to all your children, friends, and employees. Soon you will be a lonely old man with no children, friends, or employees! 🤭👏👌
@@rickbottoms7838 my god you must not have grown up on three wheelers, shooting guns at age 5. America is so soft now.
@@rickbottoms7838 also its not even in the top 10 most dangerous. F150 takes the cake
@@richardnowakowski3981 it’s just a joke.
@@rickbottoms7838ok lol well it was a bad one 😮. All good man i guess texts can be read in all kinds of different ways. Just seemed like you were being a deren to me. Happy new year bro
You're a good man and a great boss, Matt. Your folks are very fortunate to work for you.
Keep up the Corvair content mixed in. Love the variety.
+1 to that. I like the off road recovery stuff, but I also like the build stuff and Corvair stuff too, after all variety is the spice of life. Keep it up Matt and co.
@@ecclesmilligan8712 I agree completely!!
yeah, of all the things to complain about, Corvair content is not one of them.
Also like. The feeling of driving around in a convoy of corvairs
Happy New Year Morr Crew! Morr Corvairs for 24.
Love Matt’s generosity with his employees…
Corvairs are your passion, don't stop sharing. Great video, thanks for sharing 😊
Rhett is awesome and good to see Kaulin so active as well
there will never be enough corvair content matt! i love when you talk about em and do that stuff, keep it coming!
You're a good generous man Matt, I'm sure everyone will agree with that!
You set a good example for your kids 👍
Matt there will never be too much Corvair content on this channel, screw the haters!
That’s awesome when a boss takes care of the people around him. I have worked for the same man for twenty years he has seen at my best and my worst and never once lost his support for me. People like Matt make you want to be a better person for everyone around you. Thanks for being an example for other to follow and look up to, we need more men like you and thanks for the videos
Love watching your builds as much as the recovering! Never stop building cool things! We love watching you and your crew!
Just at least before moving to another project, make sure the current project is *mostly* completed, or at least the next project has to be urgent enough to be started while another project is in process.
My first car was a 66 Corvair Monza. After lots of work and ready to paint. I left for the Army and when I got back my parents had sold my car. Watching y’all work on them brings back wonderful memories.
Very cool!!! Sharing your stash with people who appreciate it.
Matt, i hope you read this. You have built some amazing rigs in your time, but, you've built an even "MORR" amazing crew. I have love and respect for all of you, even though we've never met. The impact you have on TONS of people is so awesome! Im so happy for all of you, and i wish of you all the success and happiness life will bring.
I'm not cryin'! you're cryin'!!
Great gifting Matt, I can only imagine how good you feel, and how happy you've made Jake, and Kolby!!
Best Regards to you all!!!!
Matt, it's your channel (and Team MORR), your ideas, your recoveries that make the WHOLE channel, put whatever you want on it, Corvairs or no Air, it's all relevant!!
It’s heart warming seeing how far you’ve come, successful, and close all of you are to one another. Didn’t realize I want subscribed till a few days ago but been watching since the beginning. And you all as killing it out there
Never too much distraction, keep the "Corvair Moments" coming!
Tom Tom is one dedicated dude. Watching a video from five months ago; he’s by himself but still represents Matt’s Recovery like a champion!
The only offroad channel that can tear your eyes.
Congrats to Jake and Colby for your gifts.
Happy safe new years to all at the MORR crew.
Someone already mentioned it, but, I support them... Blueberry to go with the Banana and Tangerine. Keep it fruity! Nevermind! I forgot this is for Robby. Dang! Ok, Dory it is... or, just Blue
They could have an annual race. The Fruit Cup!
"Blu-Barrie" because it's a Girl... Absolutely Keep It Fruity 🍉 🍊 🍌 🍋 🍓
I agree should’ve been blueberry not some weird off-the-wall name that doesn’t go with anything
"YOU'RE MY BOY BLUUUE!!" - Will Ferrell
Can’t be Blue…Rory already has a truck ‘Ol Blue.
Oooooh.... that lift gives me chills😍
Matt you are such good man with a big heart, the world needs more people like you.
Glad you are sharing your Corvair passion with your crew! As for Corvair vs. off road, please include as much Corvair stuff as you feel appropriate. There bulk of your viewing audience enjoys the variety as I do. Keep up the good work!
What a great crew! What a great way to maintain unity among you all! What you are building is truly commendable, a happy workplace. We ALL can learn from your business plan.
Excellent to see the comparison between the two builds ..thank you... dankie ...nice job. Cape Town , South Africa
What an awesome gesture.
I really think that Grant and Laura from Laura Farms in Nebraska would be a new favorite for a lot of your fans. They are sort of off road amateurs and Laura will drive anything, the bigger the better.
Honestly I love Jake ❤ I’ve always loved him, but his reaction was so wholesome I love him even more now
Marry him already haha jk
My favorite youtuber, who i have been watching for 7 years. @CleetusMcfarland should participate in the Off Road Games. If it has wheels, that man can drive it.
Brilliant Folks love the banter and the young guys all learning a trade. Fantastic.
I vote for Ray from Rainman Rays repairs as one of the final non offroaders. Love his straightforward honest content
Yes!!! I commented this a few times in other videos. Ray and Wife Unit!! :)
Ya I vote for Ray!
That would be awesome!
I have been working with Corvairs for 55 years and love every minute of your Corvair coverage. Yes I have a Street Corvair buggy.
Glad to see eye and ear protection. Going professional!
LOVE the Corvair content! Keep including it.
It is your channel, put whatever content you want on it! Variety is the spice of life! I love the Corvair, and other content. That is the reason we follow this great channel!
You can never have too much Corvair content. I put about 300k on one back in the 70s and learned how to rebuild an engine by keeping it going that long. 65 Monza. Converted from Powerglide to 4 speed, and added factory air.
We enjoy all your content! Nothing but appreciation for you and your whole crew, which is obviously like family to you and to us as well. Happy New Year. 🎉🎉
I actually enjoy watching the covair stuff as well. This is an Off road/build your own car/truck/motorcycle channel. Everyday is different and that's why I keep coming back.
Deja Blue looking good, and great that the team are getting Corvair's - next years trip to the big Corvair meet we saw Rudy go too will be a massive convoy!
Matt is a very generous guy. Love the variety in your content! God bless.
This is why people watch your show. You have a huge heart, this is definitely one of your better shows
The perfect motor combination for Dory is the 3 litre V 6 Mercedes diesel that was available here in Australia in the Commander ! Absolutely brilliant setup !!! Alex.
That's probably a great motor but diesel's don't have the throttle response for getting the wheel to just start to move when your trying to not roll over. Matt talked about it a year or so ago . Plus the straight 6 is smooth powerful motor and more and more parts are coming out for it .
@@Kevin-ti3rz hi Kev. Yeah the 4 litres are great. I drive a 97 XJ 4 litre hi output with headers and cowl inductio on dual fuel.
This video was a perfect example of why I enjoy your channel so much. What a great group of people.
There can NEVER be too much Corvair content... 🤩 Can't wait to see the next C-Parade
PROJECT FARM!!!!! Nice!! I'm sure he'll be a great addition to the offroad games. He seems as handy as a pocket on a shirt.
Matt is a class act. The whole team is. There are so many classic cars just rotting in fields because "well one day I will get to it:. We all do it, best intentions. Life usually takes over and takes us down a different path than we planned. Nice to see those Corvairs brought back to life again!
I have a feeling that Matt feels just as great giving those Corvairs
away , as the guys feels about receiving them..
Awesome Video guys... Happy Safe and New Year to the MORR Crew.
MWP Cosby Tn.
Matt is one of a kind.
Way to go Matt I really think Jake appreciated that more than you know.
Matt and crew.... I love watching all of the things you do. I look forward to new video and seeing your fur babies going on your recoverys.
I'm hoping your work days go as nicely as portrayed. Your boys are great to watch at work. They really are eager to get things done. The future bodes well for them. Great to see Ed out and about, doing what he can to help. He's a great inspiration to us. Thanks for the great video and all the best in the New Year to all of you. Thanks for the video and BIG HAPPY NEW YEAR !! to Ed!
I’m here for you(Matt) and the team, just as much as I’m here for the off-road content. And if you want to do your corvair stuff and share that with us, I’m happy with that. Share what makes you happy.
Just some friendly construction advice from construction mann:
The circular upward(or downward) pointer finger means cable in(up) or cable out(down).
Thumb up or down means boom up or down.
The hang loose sign with thumb up or down means forks/bucket up or down.
Fists held together with thumbs pointed out means extend boom.
Thumbs pointed toward each other is retract boom.
I agree with Onepunch7632, keep on a building. I dig all your projects, and it's a family kind of shop!!
19:17 No such thing as too much of any good content Matt. It’s all swings and roundabouts.❤ enjoying every second of it.
I like that you post videos of other subjects in addition to your recovery videos. A side note, I had, from my grandfather a pre production Corvair that was equipped with a gasoline heater. When it was turned on it would drive you out in about a minute. the down side was that when in only had a quarter tank of gas, the heater would shut off.
My grandfather was retired from GM, as the head of over sea operations, hence the access to a pre production Corvair. Keep up the good work, and keep it interesting!
Def invite The Skeleton Crew to participate in the off-road games. Real honest-to-goodness paleontologists. They have a fun YT channel. Not like Utah doesn't have a lot of dinosaur fossils.
Ambition Strikes - Riley and Courtney Casey. Perfect to drive in Off Road Games.
