Thank you for taking my hat on vacation!! It needed it. I died laughing at the cutoff def leppard shirt even while throwing up a little. The matching drapery material outfits while a little disturbing were good for a laugh. I'm so happy the whole family was able to go and enjoy a nice week together, hopefully the scars of seeing each other dressed like that heal quickly. Keep the corvair tech coming, those things are totally fascinating!
I am so impressed with the way the Morr family vacations. I love your attitude about dressing for vacation, not like every other day. The boys are not afraid to embrace the silliness and Jamie goes right along with all of it. This was seriously entertaining. Thanks for taking us viewers along.
I laughed out loud several times during this video…one of my favorites for sure. I can’t believe the boys go along with your antics. Seems like a very loving and funny family.
5:25 - As a long time designer of centrifugal compressors, I have always thought they were quite beautiful. That new "fan" is no exception AND polished it looks even more beautiful!
Some days I just want to see you guys build something, work on the wrecker, rescue a stranded vehicle..... But, I don't think I have smiled so hard as the shot of your whole crew on the ship with the matching floral shirts and shorts clip. Something tells me that you guys were not wall flowers on the cruise. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Matt - about the arcing thing at the battery... I lost the vision in my right eye that way when I was young. The battery exploded (I think one of the caps wasn't completely down - a dropped wrench caused the spark). After two cornea transplants and many other surgeries, my vision is still crap in my right eye. I'm sure it is unlikely, but I wouldn't under any condition want a spark like that near a car battery. Love your channel by the way - thanks for sharing!
It must be a comfort to know that you have an awesome crew to look after things while you enjoy your vacation. Tom Tom and Jake are top notch! It's great to see Katelynn back. She was missed.
My Dad was in the Navy in the early 60s and owned a corvair coup and then had a corvair wagon for awhile. I would love to rebuild one and love seeing the Morrvair and all the corvair stuff in videos. Keep it up Matt.
I was smiling the whole way through this video. Was expecting a regular simple shop video and got that along side a whole family vacation. It's very entertaining tagging along with all of you. Genuine, wholesome content. Keep up the great channel!
Thanks to the Matt’s Family visiting my mother land country Haiti! I’m a good fan of the channel. You and your Family had a good time, I appreciate that. 😂😂
***** The Wrecker Windshield ***** On a Phoenix area freeway, which are notorious for small rocks being flung onto windshields, my stock Jeep Wrangler's front wheel threw a rock forward, and like a movie slow-motion I watched it catch in the 'bow wave' of air and arc up and into the windshield. Star number five.
I used to fix a lot of broken cables at least temporarily with bicycle brake cables, or motorcycle brake/clutch cables if you need them stronger. Whatever is long enough, put the cable through, trim, crimp, maybe use a nut and washer if needed. Then stuff works until the proper part comes in. Don't know if that still works these days.
When I was a kid I had Little old Honda 50cc dirtbike. It was kind of rare, actually really rare and collectible now so finding a throttle cable wasn't easy or cheap. My dad and I made one. Bought the right size cable and for the little ball on the end we drilled a hole in a piece of wood the right size for the ball. We melted solder into the hole and put the cable in it while it was still molten. It actually worked really well, pretty sure it's still being used today. My dad has the craziest problem solving skills I've ever seen. His ingenuity is like no other. Lol
Excellent! Both the family vacation and the crew getting things done in the shop! My hat is off to Jaymie and Matt, this was the perfect timing for the family to all get away together. The kids are old enough to remember it forever and Mom 'n Dad get to spend very quality time with the whole group before everybody has grown up and scattered, maybe far and wide, getting wrapped up in their own lives.
Awesome to see the whole family shares the same mindset when it comes to having a good time together! So many families struggle out there getting along in modern times, so it’s reassuring to see it does exist still!
I LMAO regarding the tourist island shirt 'runway' while walking down the ship's hallway with the superimposed disco lighting affect. But the hair braiding tops it all. Well done, y'all nailed it!!!!!!!!
I love that all the boys give 0 cares about what others think about them!! They dressed up and made their trip fun and didn’t just wear the boring everyday clothes!
yall are such an awesome and sweet, hardworking family. Its really an inspiration and uplifting experience to watch yall just having a great time. Thanks
Love listening to "how to install windshield" then seeing Robby's phrase written as the 'notes being taken'. Thanks Matt and Fam for taking us along on vacation,,, i needed a vacation. Excellent ep!!!
Y'all looked the BG's walking to a performance from back stage. Love that the whole family got to go for a fun time. We kept an eye on the shop...you got some butt kicking to do Matt. By the way, it is great to see your kids all together in your video. their personalities are shining through and that's a good thing...Kudos for doing a family trip. Life is too short not to enjoy it,.
One of my family's favorite MORR episodes. We've watched it several times and laugh at the vacation antics as much as the shop antics. What a funny, unique channel. Thank you for sharing with your youtube family.
An old-timer auto window guy taught me to use Crisco inside and out of the window seal grooves to aid in the installation and settling. You can see the window shift and move as it's installed and then shift and settle once it popped in. Thank God for old-timers!
You have a wonderful family. I love how you all can have fun by looking dorky. It looks like you had a wonderful vacation. Family time is the best, Robert.
1) Kaitlyn, we've missed your smile; so glad to see you back! 2) I think some drainage holes around the D-rings might help them live longer. 3) So impressed that you were able to source a windshield for the wrecker! Is that some old OEM, or a repop? And you did a great job on the install. 4) Impressive fab work around the rear shock towers. 5) Can I go with you on your next vacation? You guys know how to have a good time!
Yep, saw the way they were mounting those D-rings and my first thought was that they better get drain holes in them quick or they will be full of water all the time and rust quick!
Yes things still rust in desert, especially with the beaming sun! Also goo point on it helping to drain dirt and debris. Would make it easier to get out mud that gets caked up in the pocket
I think Chad said it best.. Glad you guy's all had a good time on your cruise in such nice weather. The choices of attire were hysterical 🤣. Tom did a good job holding down the fort 👏
Not to oversee your work on the D ring setup on the trailer but being basically a box they are a catch all for everything from rain & dirt in summer to snow & ice in the winter where those D rings will freeze in place. Could I at least suggest drilling some holes for draining. Other wise they look good!
I love how Matt continues to embarrass his kids even when they are grown up!! Hey Laura's coming to the games, that's so cool!!! And great to see Katelynn back, we missed ya! Heh heh "Blow, Tack, Static" on the writing pad; that'll get back lol

Thank you Matt & family. I am having a rough time and needed some happy funny in my life. When you and your family rocked the matching tops and shorts I about soiled myself. Thank you, I needed a belly laugh! Well Done all! - M
The video had so much going on! Matt your family is definitely voted best dressed on the cruise. Always fun watching the shop crew's top notch fabrication.

Really loving the Corvair content Matt. Learning a lot! Really cool to see how excited you are about the old corvair stuff and it seems to be contagious!
Wow! You guys were so close to my country... Dominican Republic. At least you were in the island 😁 I'm glad you guys enjoy vacations like that, you deserve it! If you liked the Caribbean weather, you have a place to visit in my country, you are welcome!!! Kudos for the crew getting things well done too.
The only thing I would recommend next time you put in a new window, when you put it on a trash can surround it with moving blankets so it won't move and if it falls off it will land on something soft and not scratch, much less shatter.. Did a nice job, that crack has been driving me crazy. The guys look great with braids.
Looks like a wonderful time. My wife has been trying to get me to go on a cruise for over 40 years, I was in the Navy for 10 years and I keep telling her that I never lost anything out there so I don't need to go back.
That's funny and truthful. I am a former US Army Ranger. When I ended up getting out after an injury sidelined me, the wife says: "Well, now we can go camping." I said: "Sure. What shift are you going to pull?" She was a little confused about the question? I explained that security must be maintained, so while one of us is sleeping the other has to pull watch.
Always an amazing video, never a humdrum moment. It's also pretty special that Matt&Family are willing to show their vacation with us. And referring to Kaulin as Michael Knight was hilarious!!

Stoked to see ProjectFarm headed to the Offroad Games!
I don't know if he will have time to participate, he may be to busy comparing the vehicles and the drives to rank which/who is the best deal.
Matt says his rig is the best. We’re going to test that.
Agreed. I hadn't expected that one. Makes it all the more tempting to go again this year (last year was pretty fun).
I came here for this. He probably has the most useful channel on UA-cam.
You mean the off road You-Tuber expo...
Great to see everyone having a blast on their cruise!! Tom and the crew killed it in the shop!!

Drain holes in those D-ring pockets would be a good idea. You might be in a desert, but it still rains/snows once in a while!
What kind of a knucklehead drills holes in their D ring pockets! I mean how are they gonna hold water?
Dust and sand holes then. 🙂
🎉😂
Bad idea on the D-rings ! Should have put them on the sides of the trailer .
I just hope those welds can hold thousands of lbs of pressure from the tie down chains, and yes that should have gone in the sides.
Excellent! Both the family vacation and the crew getting things done in the shop!
