is the sill you used some thing that can be ordered or was it fabricated by yourself

Saw your post on the Facebook Classic Car Restoration group. Nice work. Have also been thinking of using panel adhesive/bonding on my 1992 Rover 216 GTi rear arch inner to outer arch lips as plug welding (I don't have a spot welder) is a total pain on 0.8mm steel.
Where are you located, my daughter has a 97 MR2 that has some rust issues……

The only way to remove the sills is cut it? There are no bolt or Screw?
There spot welded and joined to the body shell, so have to cut off to be replaced.

I have a Mr2 that is 1999 that looks exactly like this one. Got the same issue and really bad sill rust. Do you do customer repairs ? Do you guys have an email so i can send over some pics. Mine is looking at fair bit worse than this one.
