У них есть упражнения от которых потом травмы могут быть по этому и кажется что новые .Было у них упражнение на бицуху они потом его удалили а я бурсит заработал так что надо аккуратнее быть .

Algo importantísimo es recalcar que es necesario mantener el % de grasa bajo!! Para tener oblicuos "marcados" es imposible si la persona tiene mucha grasa, por mas musculo que tengan. No es solo cuestión de entrenar y ya ..
Esses exercícios são pra quem JÁ TEM os oblíquos desenvolvidos... Pra mim que sou gordinho não tem como fazer essas coisas... 😂😂😂😂
