If you pay attention. The older crowd isn't sticking their phones up in the air and missing the music. They are having a good time and enjoying the moment.
Best thing about this crowd is that they are in the moment, enjoying a fantastic experience. I don’t see an ocean of mobile phones held aloft!

Up there amongst their very best. A couple of other great ones by ELO are Telephone Line, Strange Magic, and Showdown!

The "hole in my head" line is a reference to the Beatles' "Fixing A Hole". Jeff Lynne, of course, absorbed the Fab Four completely, and gave it back; he helped get George Harrison's career going again. I think the late John Lennon expressed great appreciation for ELO.
Yup! He called them "son of The Beatles" and said if The Beatles had kept going, they would've sounded like ELO.

Now this is a show. The band, well dressed with coats and string players in dresses. Respecting the audiences hard earned money they paid for tickets. Sound and lights are great.

Thanks, kids.. ELO were awesome.. I'm old enough to remember the studio/radio hits.. but even I'm amazed at the live shows.. and yep... The attendees are probably mostly OLD.. like me.. but c'mon.. give it up, YOUNG people.. .they are great... lol... appreciate your reactions... Saw ELO in 1978. All male then, but great fun.
I saw them in concert in 1979. The crowd about lost their minds. Great show. Everyone was singing along. Well...except my oldest stick in the mud sister. Jk. She said she enjoyed it. I swear she was the only 1 sitting.
