    This should be a lesson to people who play with folks emotions. WHILE I DO NOT CONDONE MURDER OR ANY TYPE OF VIOLENCE I have to say that not everyone handles things the same way. Walking away is the best option.
    Mentality plays a part in all of this.

      Well I don't like victim blaming either some people are just jealous and resentful too he had a cool lifestyle swinging bachelor business man maybe someone wanted to manipulate him or was rejected and retaliated. Maybe because he was black it was racially motivated never know what motivates some people often a weaker seeming target is chosen but some want big game more thrilling for them.

    • @nbitsme1629
      @nbitsme1629 Рік тому +31

      @@annalisavajda252 people use "victim blaming" so loosely sometimes victims play a part in their own demise by the choices they make it's not "blaming" the victim bc ultimately the person who committed the crime is to blame, but it's just pointing out things the victim has done to lead to what happened to them and what they could have done differently. It's not always a negative thing they're lessons we can all learn from.(I'm speaking in general)

    • @rhondadavis1483
      @rhondadavis1483 Рік тому +10

      @@annalisavajda252 I agree with most everything you said.
      I think anytime anyone plays with peoples’ emotions esp when they have multiple partners, it is a high risk lifestyle, and for a lot of reasons it can cause trouble with a capital T…
      There is NEVER justification for murder. But when anyone puts themselves out there, and I would say outside of God’s will for their life, then that behavior has untold consequences. I know from my own earlier bad choices and sinful lifestyle that the consequences are dire. God’s ways are much easier in the long run.
      I don’t think race had anything to do with this as both were of the same race.
      But I do think that jealousy played a huge role.

    How about when you consider her smiling while she’s on trial for murder and they’re giving the facts of the case to the jury? I don’t know if she’s guilty or not but if I wasn’t guilty I would’ve shown more emotion personally if someone I genuinely cared about had been murdered and I was on trial for it. Her lack of emotion for me is what seals the deal. And it’s also distasteful in my opinion when defense argues oh well he was a bad person or he did this or that so he kind of deserved what he got. Now that’s just ugly it and it’s got no place in court.

      After listening to this video, it is common for certain type of individuals to go out of their way to make people jealous. I personally don't understand why anyone would want to stoop to such antics. But it is done/exercised by those that desire to control whoever they either can't control or it's use to get someone caught up and obsessed with them. Buying into such minds games will curse you. It will curse your mind/thinking and overall focus. You're better off just staying away from anyone that needs you to be/become jealous of those that they're using to make you jealous. Fascinating case! Thanks much for uploading!
    She didn’t once show emotional loss? She seemed far more interested in what his money could do for her and was intent on exploiting that. A sociopath? Maybe?
    When being interviewed by the detectives she laughed with them as they discussed the amount of money he would give her weekly? As if saying “yeah, I know! Can you believe this guy is stupid enough to just give me all this? 😂 !”
    Frankly I have another word to describe someone who admits to being bought and paid for… Ahh, but I digress.
    Somehow it feels like they both invited all this calamity and loss into their lives. What’s the old saying… “you reap what you sow”
    I would say that is true for both of them. Tragic case. Sad for the families.

    Anyways, I was the only character that got good reviews (Boys Will Be Boys - Seattle Times).
    I remember when she told me that she was to relocate there for good. She said that she had a boyfriend down there.
    She really was exceptionally beautiful and a talented vocalist but she was scandalous/dramatic.
    Edit: Damn. I know Sean too! He did pop up in Seattle 2/3 years after Kathy left.
    He used to drive a tricked out Red El Camino. We used to call him Sean from Jamaica. He was kind of sinister. Mysterious.

      That's not how the law works. And thank God for that. Case was entirely circumstantial. Her actions during the police interview were also mot entirely inconsistent with nervousness being questioned by cops. She asked if she needed a lawyer. They probably lied to her and said no... As cops have been known to do. If she killed him I'd be more comfortable with irrefutable evidence. Feelings should never be the reason someone is convicted of anything. There have been way too many innocent people convicted that way over centuries.

    Well they were both ADULTERERS she was married as well, because in the storyline her husband called the deceased and confronted him about their relationship. So she should have just walked away and forget him, she had no right to kill him (no one has the right to take a life, unless it's genuine self-defense) she was stalking him and since he worked till 10:30 pm that night & very tired he probably was asleep when she snucked into his room and gave him a fatal blow in the back of his head & the rest was easy.
    I believed she MURDERED him (i would not plead guilty if I'm innocent, she would have served more time if found guilty) she had that SATISFACTORY grin (repeatedly) well she cant ESCAPE GOD NOR HER CONSCIENCE. hope she REPENTED. That Poor MOTHER & what she saw. 😥😔

Defendents are not obligated to take the stand, & juries are instructed that they are not allowed to interpret silence as guilt because American law entitles every person with the right to silence.
      The judge also instructs the jury that EVERYONE IS CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNLESS **PROVEN** GUILTY.
