I'm surprised that no-one has raised the possibility that Ruby Joyner's so-called "friend" Halima was part of a murder plot to bump Ruby off and it just went wrong.
I think the mistress had to know what was going to happen. Who brings their mistress to murder their wife? This Fact that this was such a secluded place Leads to the conclusion and if this was a premeditated murder. It seems like karma for the mistress.
Imo I think Lewis and Halima were in on it together. He missed and accidentally shot her. Ruby took off running, he caught her and did the unthinkable.

Therefore, he reportedly killed both of them at the same time. Then, he dumped their bodies at the airport. It appears he was a cold, premeditated killer.
No man will ever kill someone, especially a wife or supposed loved one in front of someone he is trying to impress or foolimg around with without the other person knowing something because the mistress will be scared out of her mind witnessing someone being shot if they didnt expect it.
Tamron Hall is an excellent host for this kind of program: She comes across as sober, serious and genuine....rather than over-the-top sensationalistic like so many other hosts, which is just annoying and distracting.

I thought I was the only one. It still doesn’t make since. What makes the most sense, imo, is the mistress and the husband had a plot, how it went awry is still a mystery, I think it was supposed to look like robbery gone wrong, but Lewis as the gun man poppin out of whatever preplanned corner he was in prob contributed to things going left and Ruby put it together what time it was n booked it.
