I loved the fact that as an indian, I was searching for warm up but didn't amazed that majority of them were right awaya the exact yoga poses that we do.........!!!!
This really is the perfect warm up! Gets the blood flowing and the heart pumping but not so much that you’re exhausted after. You guys rock. 🙌🏻

Dear Juice & Toya. i do your workouts 3/4 times a week & seeing my body alter. i also walk 4 miles most days. I love your videos but I personally struggle with form on some exercises and/or breathing properly too. Unsure if you guys already made a video like this so please point me in the right direction. I like the preview of the next workout you guys already do but sometimes I feel like i’m not hitting the right muscle group you highlight in the muscle man image.
