This is such a perfect conclusion to a workout. You finish it refresh and still a slightly tired but happy on the inside. That song at the end is amazing I've been listening to it a couple times on loop.

I do a full body workout the upper body + legs and booty + abs and in this cooldown my legs and hands was shaking soo mush but at the end I feel so good love ure videos they bring so much positivity ❤❤❤
