    Ingredients (serves 4)🥢 🥢
    Pork riblets, about 1 kilogram (approximately 2.2 pounds)
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon Mirin (rice wine)
    2 teaspoons sugar or stevia
    1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
    For seasoning salt:
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
    1 cup potato starch in total
    2 tablespoons cooking oil (for sautéing aromatics)
    Aromatics:
    Minced garlic
    Green onions
    Optional: Coriander/cilantro
    Optional: Ginger
    Bird's eye or Thai chilies
    Cooking oil spray

    기름에 튀긴게 조금씩 꺼려져서
    올리브 오일에 풍덩 담궜다가
    에어 프라이어에 넣었었어요.
    그런데 저렇게 적은 양의 스프레이 오일로도 커버가 되네요.
