I am doing this exercise from last 10 days and its amazing i didn't reach to the laat but I'm up to 13 minutes hopefully I'll make it to the end and I've lost 5kg.

Actually Gunjan recipe are really helpful specially .100 gram rice+100 salad and 150 gram Dal .such things are really work on daily life .and don't refill .when even I try to refill my plate .it seems that Gunjan is saying no and I am controling my portion

Maam a request please could you come up a video for pcod weight loss tone strength, keeping in mind that due to busy routine one can't follow proper diet except eating in portions regular meal only.
