    I am doing this exercise from last 10 days and its amazing i didn't reach to the laat but I'm up to 13 minutes hopefully I'll make it to the end and I've lost 5kg.

    I did this 30 minutes workout today morning and honestly I didn't think that I would be able to pull it off till the end.. but now after doing this, I am sweating crazily but still so glad that I completed it...

      Actually Gunjan recipe are really helpful specially .100 gram rice+100 salad and 150 gram Dal .such things are really work on daily life .and don't refill .when even I try to refill my plate .it seems that Gunjan is saying no and I am controling my portion

    I joined the customized diet plan. And followed this workout 5 days a week: lost 7kg in 1.5 months and I am hypothyroid.Also 38 years old.

    As everyone don't get 1 hour time to go to gym and doing there workout so doing workout in morning like this 30 mins session and than leaving for work. Is much much beneficial.

    Please share some strength sessions as you told doing only cardio will not gonna benefit you at all so want mixed sessions from your side. Being a mbbs students don't get enough time that was in my mind earlier but after watching your videos I am enjoying my weight loss journey since last 6 days.

    Wao maam that was really helpfull. Maam a request please could you come up a video for pcod weight loss tone strength, keeping in mind that due to busy routine one can't follow proper diet except eating in portions regular meal only. I am 63 kgs now 22 age 5.1 height and am gng through irregular periods. So really wanna be fit to live a happy life. Thank u so much really hoping u could come to such survivor workout.

    Thanks for toooooo muchhhhhh Swetyyy Exercises... in truth my body didn't swet more ..... so that i tried it and i also count my weight that is 62.7 now , i am going to do this Exercise for a month and after a month i will update my weight in comment......
