So I want to recommend a better way for making your weight loss journey is fun and challenging.

Give a 2 days rest, and repeat this cycle again.
Usually you can see some changes towards your body within 7 days. Some people might takes times to see results. Most importantly do this consistently and never give up.🫶
*for some who prefer to just focus on 1 videos only, then you can use this video 4-5 times a week, repeat the cycle each week until you satisfied with the results!

There are so many fitness channels on UA-cam but what makes your videos stand out is 1) the music, 2)you don't advertise or speak 3) the workouts are accessible for all and no risk of injuries 4) Your sincerity and positive energy, and most of all- I never feel like I am exercising! i think the toughest thing about working out is starting and getting motivated enough to endure how much it hurts in order to see results. There are some users on your videos who comment about how your exercises aren't doing anything for them etc, but the most important thing is getting moving, doing it and breathing properly and having fun. To be honest, having fun and feeling like you're dancing releases endorphins and you are bound to look/feel better than not doing anything at all. Love you Mizi, thank you so so much for everything. I love that I get to spend every morning with you to start my day on a good note!

- 11 kg of general weight (from 80 to 69)
- 8 cm in waist (from 77 to 69)
- 6 cm in hips (from 104 to 98)

I have a full library of all kinds of workouts but most are 10 to fifteen minutes. I can easily do your 30 minute workouts because they are not hard on my knees. Love it!❤
love the moderate pace, standing moves, music and mix of strength and cardio (without weights), stretches in the cooldown and the duration of the workout. I will look for more of your workouts.

他の筋トレの動画は寝転んだり立ったりを繰り返していて凄くしんどかったのに、この動画は腹筋やプランクが一切ないのに滝のような汗をかけるし、お尻も内腿も鍛えられて凄く良いです😊!

This is third day of exercise , today i don't feel like dieing and i don't get that much exhaust. I have taken 2 break of 1-1 minutes. I finished the whole workout 💪🏻 .let hope for better results.thank u mizi unni ❤.

This is first day of exercise I didn't complete full 30 minutes, I just did it for 20 minutes. I don't want to force myself fully on first day. It was exhausting I feel like my heart gonna explod next movement.

I like how you tansition the music. It starts off a bit energetic during the warmup, then becomes mopre energetic as the workout beings and proceeds, and then finishing the cool down music with soothing audio. Also, your workouts are really fun to do!

I like fast n lots of jumping n hard workouts but there are some days when I just don't wanna do d hard ones but still wanna stick to my routine n do something simple yet hard 🫣
