    You are my favourite.I started my weight loss journey from 1 september by seeing your diet plans and other videos.my weight was 61 kg and I lost 59.1 kg 1 to 10 September.then after one week I did not loss any kg after that I stirickly followed protein diet and running 15 minutes daily and 10000 to 13000 steps daily and now I lost 57.7 kg weights loss and I am very happy.thank you so much mam for your struggle towards us.mam one request to you your channel so many useful video.I am non vegetarian there for I want non vegetarian diet plan by you plz upload non vegetarian diet plan.

I have also grain my weight and maam in morning i use to do workout from ur videos of full body and in evening I do leg workout form ur video and i feel really good to have a workout with u .. but it would be a great help if u provide a sepical teens workout of full body workout which help in workout ..
