      Well, this is going to sound extremely basic, but as a 12 year old there is a certain amount to which you can grow your muscles. If you can already see them at 12 years old, that is a good sign. However, you don't really gain muscle mass or growth until you turn 14-16 as you get a lot more natural testosterone levels (this is what increases muscle growth and mass/makes them really big)
      So for now, just focus on staying healthy with your diet, and consistent with your workouts.
