    I do this after my daily run in the morning and again in the evening, it really works, I started to see my waist shrink after a week! Keep at it and you will see results!!

      I just did this. Some of them I couldn't do, which is why it's great to substitute to similar steps or make one up. Either way, this was a good workout.

    Day 3 of this. I feel the improvement in counts. First day i cant finish the counting. 2nd day a little improvement. 3rd day i finished almost 3/4 of counting.
    I do this 2x a day.

    Big brother pls do a video to increase stamina for asthma patients. I follow ur videos and workout daily but bcs of my asthma its kinda hard for me bcs my stamina runs out after every workout and i need to pause the vids after every workout and its pathetic plus i just hit puberty and am at 13years old. Pls recommend me some workout. And your vids are very helpful for me. Thx for encouraging people with these vids to lose weight. I follow both ur and ThenX and Brandon William. It helps me and i lost 10 kgs in 3 months and i am able to move more freely. Thx for all your encourages.

      The good news is most ppl grow out of asthma so hopefully u will too. Also its ok if u need to rest between sets as long as ur excercising ur stamina is increasing n health improving so pls dont give up. U take rest as u require to catch ur breath its ok brother. All the best to u

    I am starting it on 27 May , I will report after 14 days
    After 20 days
    I did this twice a day , I missed 2 days , I can see changes after 14 days, my Lil brother was also saying that he can see changes, it really helped me, It really didn't shredded my love handles but it helped me lose bit fat from there
    Edit: final results
    I lost my love handles completely, I started seeing drastic changes from month 5 and with losing some weight and building some muscles it really helped speding up the process, sorry for the late replies I was busy with life away from phone and social media and believe that's the best thing I ever did , it will definitely take time but it will be worth it just be consistent guys you got this

    Decided to leave a comment here for motivation cause I know I need another reason do the exercises except being fit
    (doing this with the" level 1 bodyweight exercises beginner)
    (also I'm skinny fat...... I used to be fat but undergo an extreme diet where I hardly eat anything because of insecurity....... And I'm extremely weak cause I don't exercise AS IN!!!!)
    DAY 1 TO 3 (cause I'm writing this comment on day 4)
    - It's not beginner friendly, I can do most exercises except the jumping exercises..... It's very hard for me and I have to stop every 5 or 4 hops. (My love handles don't sore at all.... But my calves torturing me😭)
    Day 4
    -While looking in the mirror I think my love handles improve a little (or maybe I'm delusional think that I will lose my love handles very quickly🤣) And my calves endurance is still restricting me from doing the exercises straight on, but it improved I can hop 7 times straight now.

      Not necessary bro you cam split your workout and do it , but make sure to do the things properly and you can also do all the video at one day but your muscle may become very sore and you may need rest days and be sure to take sat sun off

      It works only if ur in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water
      ( a calorie deficit is when u eat less calories or lesser calories then how much u Burn per day)
      For example if I ate 1000 calories a day I should burn more than 1000 calories a day

      Depends. If the person currently has a diet of 2500 calories a day, and does not work out, then doing this workout while still consuming the same 2500 calories daily will definitely make them loose weight. They would be burning more calories than before, hence loosing weight.
