The good news is most ppl grow out of asthma so hopefully u will too. Also its ok if u need to rest between sets as long as ur excercising ur stamina is increasing n health improving so pls dont give up. U take rest as u require to catch ur breath its ok brother. All the best to u

I used to be fat but undergo an extreme diet where I hardly eat anything because of insecurity....... And I'm extremely weak cause I don't exercise AS IN!!!!) DAY 1 TO 3 (cause I'm writing this comment on day 4) - It's not beginner friendly, I can do most exercises except the jumping exercises..... It's very hard for me and I have to stop every 5 or 4 hops. (My love handles don't sore at all.... But my calves torturing me😭) Day 4 -While looking in the mirror I think my love handles improve a little (or maybe I'm delusional think that I will lose my love handles very quickly🤣) And my calves endurance is still restricting me from doing the exercises straight on, but it improved I can hop 7 times straight now.

Not necessary bro you cam split your workout and do it , but make sure to do the things properly and you can also do all the video at one day but your muscle may become very sore and you may need rest days and be sure to take sat sun off
It works only if ur in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water ( a calorie deficit is when u eat less calories or lesser calories then how much u Burn per day) For example if I ate 1000 calories a day I should burn more than 1000 calories a day
Depends. If the person currently has a diet of 2500 calories a day, and does not work out, then doing this workout while still consuming the same 2500 calories daily will definitely make them loose weight. They would be burning more calories than before, hence loosing weight.
