Here is my suggestion for everyone friends. do 2 min plank on start of this exercise, it will give more strength to your exercise. ( Morning and evening ) 30 inclined and normal pushup. 15 min abdominal exercises. Changing the afternoon meal to 1 fruit per day. 30-50% meal only on nights. I did it, from 79.5 kgs to 75kgs. Still continues. ( Will be updated as much as i can ) I'm seeing results,
You will lose weight as you're eating nothing 😂. Surely you can replace what you eat with something healthy and with less calories? Can't see how this is going to be a healthy option as your body needs some fuel to operate
These would be a great finisher to stretch the chest after going all in with weights or even on an off day. These are definitely something I’m going to do as a finisher. I think these will help with range of motion as well.

I do a lot of elbow planking, which works perfectly for my core, back muscle and trapezius, now I need to add these exercises to my daily work out routine to work my pecs better.
That is normal when your shoulders are stronger than your chest. You can perform the reps slower to try to get that mind-muscle connection with your chest. As time progresses and your chest muscle gets stronger, you will feel less work on the shoulders 💪
Can i just say that while i can uderstand Y alot of people may think thisll help lose chest fat but it in fact seems more of a tightening technique instead of a fat lossing technique
These are mostly click baits. Just stick to whatever you do. Have patience. Be consistent. And simply eat less and eat healthy. You are going to reach your goal in 12 months.
