However, 100g dalyia has around 70g carbs and if someone takes 200g dalyia it means at a time 140g carbs .if someone takes daily this I am pretty much sure that he would get good amount of fat. As per exercise science post workout protein 0.25 to 0.40 g/kg and carbs as well. Our body absorbs limited amount of carbs and protein at a time . Thats just info .
