Muscle gaining shake: 500ml toned milk (25-30gm protein)
5 whole eggs (~30gm protein)
2 Bananas
1 spoon peanut butter (3gm protein)
1 scoop protein powder (24-25 gm protein)
Blend it and Repeat it twice a day
Never consume raw whole eggs, They have anti nutrient always cook them and then eat

I think non-vegetrians can easily build muscles in comparison to vegetarians as sources of protein in non-veg diet are easily available. In vegetrian diet one may get protein from soyabean, pulses, paneer but fat and quantity issue arise.
