    Muscle gaining shake: 500ml toned milk (25-30gm protein)
    5 whole eggs (~30gm protein)
    2 Bananas
    1 spoon peanut butter (3gm protein)
    1 scoop protein powder (24-25 gm protein)
    Blend it and Repeat it twice a day

    I think non-vegetrians can easily build muscles in comparison to vegetarians as sources of protein in non-veg diet are easily available. In vegetrian diet one may get protein from soyabean, pulses, paneer but fat and quantity issue arise. So non-veg diet is helpful in bodybuilding..Though I am vegetarian😊..nice video bro..keep motivating us👍

    Because 1. You consume vages. When you are a child
    And 2. Some people don't like Non Vag.

    In my experience, the struggle with weight gain can be frustrating due to limited food options. Despite trying to eat healthy, I often felt hungry and ended up snacking on sugary foods.
