This is a gaining diet and not a lean diet. This diet is a carb dominant diet as the amount of carbs consumed throughout the day is very high as compared to protein and fats! Food items mentioned in the video are healthy options but don't contain adequate amount of proteins and fats which are equally important. The sources of foods are not first class protein as well. Being a Sports Nutritionist I would request everyone to not blindly follow this as every body type is different, every person has a different fitness goal, nutrition plays a very vital role so select the right kind of diet for yourself instead of blindly following these diets.. 👍🏼
