    Hallo, can you please do the fade in of the sound effect you use on lower volume? I have bad hearing and need to set the audio high to hear you speak, but then the audio effect is incredibly loud. I hope you can do that in the future, vielen dank! Your modeling is really great.

    Congrats. Very good paint work. Diorama 5 stars 👌🏾. I like the “sad moment” when you must dirty the boots (I feel the same when I dirty the figure). We spend a lot of hours painting And then we dirty every thing. Congrats one more time 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾👌🏾

      Thank you very much 🙏 yes I always feel discomfort when dirty them, they look so sharp and crispy when clean, but that's just not realistic 😅 especially when placed in a natural scene, not in a city diorama f.e.

    Very good watching and learning experience. Nice pace of narration and good music, and excellent videoing. You are a brave man painting the eyes last… hope to see more 1/35 figures from you. Maybe you could try some Tamiya, Master Box or Miniart figures which lack the definition of resin and are more challenging to see how your technique works, which I am confident it does… ah, just saw your Dragon German paratroopers 😊

I've watched this video many times and I feel ready to change some of the techniques I'd previously attempted but which left me still looking for something better. Your relaxed presentation coupled with your expertise has really inspired me, so thank you very much. Nice job on the figures. They look great. I would spend more time on the landscaping by airbrushing the groundwork, dirt, and vegetation to get more subtle variations and muted coloring to not have the colors so bright that they overtake the figures on the display. More light and shadow coloring would be helpful here. Also, by doing this, you can tie the figures into the landscape better to make the display feel more cohesive.

      Thank you🙏😊 to the vignette, I made exactly these steps to get the colours that vivid, I like it and I think I brings some nice and fresh colours. The figures getting overtaken is to me part of the thing as they are as soldiers not supposed to stand out but to melt into the surrounding. I made a video to the vignette too where you can see the steps I made. But thank you for your thoughts🙏👍

    Guten Morgen,
    erst einmal großes Lob für deine Arbeit 👌🏻👍🏻.
    Eine Frage?!!?:
    Lässt Du bei der Gesichtsbemalung die einzelnen Farben durchtrocknen bevor du die nächste aufbringst oder arbeitest du nass in nass das die sich auf der Oberfläche mischen bzw. in einander übergehen?

    • @biberhunter_scale_models
      @biberhunter_scale_models  Рік тому +1

      Guten Morgen. Vielen Dank für dein Lob🙏 Zu deiner Frage, mal so mal so😅 es kommt drauf an was für einen Effekt ich haben möchte, um Highlights und Schatten in die anderen Töne zu blenden mache ich es häufig nass in nass. Dann nehme ich auch kein Wasser zum verdünnen sondern Retarder, damit die Farbe länger nass bleibt und nicht so schnell mit harten Kanten trocknet. Für mehr Kontrast oder zum hervorheben einzelner Bereiche kann es aber genauso gewollt sein, dann lasse ich die Farbe trocknen. Ist vielleicht auch immer etwas Geschmackssache was man bevorzugt und wie es werden soll. Ich hoffe das hilft dir😅

    Hi, got another question for you if you don't mind. What size brushes and brand are you using in the video? Many thanks in advance. P.S. The more I watch your videos the more I learn to appreciate your skill, I hope I can get results like yours one day ! Oh one more thing, do you varnish between acrylic to oil paints and steel it al, in at the end ?

    • @biberhunter_scale_models
      @biberhunter_scale_models  Рік тому +1

      Hi. I mostly use the Winsor & Newton Series 7 00 I show in the eye painting sequence. This is my favourite brush and I paint most of the figure with it. And I don't use varnish at any time. Just let the layer you apply before dry enough and you can work with the oil/acrylic paint over that. Only thing I would do is a matt varnish as a finish as the oils remain glossy for example. But that is rare.
      Good luck again👍

    First of all I must say that your work is inspiring and I am following it step by step. I have one question: When it comes to outlining, do you use only retarder to dilute the paint? Or do you also use water or flow improver? And also, how much retarder, what ratio? Thank you in advance for your help.

    • @biberhunter_scale_models
      @biberhunter_scale_models  Рік тому

      Thanks a lot for your kind words, happy you like my work. For outlining I use only retarder, so the paint keeps workable longer and I can make corrections if needed. Of course you can use water or flow improver, but then the time to react ist shorter. Thinning ratio I would guess retarder 3 parts, paint 1. But that is often done by feeling and no law.
