You would use the blue and white wire for a 12v momentary button? my 12v button has a single black cable does the blue and white wire connect to this wire?
It optional you can run the 2 step to a ground for the solid blue wire and the white with blue line goes to a 12 v or like he did with a break in the middle like a toggle switch if you run the 12 v wire you just let the blue hang DO NOT HOOK BOTH hope this helps
It won't hit the 2 step until it hits the set RPM on the box, assuming it has enough power to get there with the brakes applied. You would normally set the 2 step under the stall speed.
So does the 2 step lets go at the same time you let go of the brake pedal ? If so, where did you connect the power wire to? Or do you have to turn it off with the switch?
slow_restoration what brand of 2 step should I use? Because I can’t find one that is for my year 5.7, any help? Maybe your better on searching these type of things
at the beginning of the video: oh no hes trapped in the fish bowl hehe
Great Video, I have always wondered how to install a 2 step! it blows my mind that you don't have way more subs and views, You have a GREAT channel!
Thanks, it takes time! Thanks for watching!
what did the wire look like when you connected the triggered wire to the powered break wire?
c5 next?
Bring it on down!
Sounded like you ran the 2 step at the call out.
I did, should have turned up the RPM a little it's at 2,800. This install was filmed before the call out.
Soooo I can swing it while this is turned on ?
You got any pics or anything i can get of what or how you wired it to the powerside to the switch?
I don't have anything, I can see what I can do.
I just wanna know what cable he connected the blue cable to and where at?

Is there a way to put the activation switch on the voice button on the steering wheel
Looks pretty easy to do bro thanks!
extremely easy!
What do you run the blue wire to

Yeah man I took it to my mechanic he installed it to a switch I toggle of an on but I can’t use it for launch control still trying to figure that out
If you have a stall rated at 3000rpm and 2 step at 3500rpm, will it 2 step at the stall rpm or setting on the box?
It won't hit the 2 step until it hits the set RPM on the box, assuming it has enough power to get there with the brakes applied. You would normally set the 2 step under the stall speed.
I’ve been lookin for this 2 step for ever could u leave a link to where
www.amazon.com/dp/B0035GS9T0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Is this bad for the engine?
It's not.
I’m confused about the boost part isn’t that a n/a motor
It was on it's way to boost. It was built in steps.
boost? of vacumm since theres no turbo]
Did you have the factory exhaust on?
How did you run the wiring from switch & brake pedal.? What circuits .? Thanks
I see you found the update video! Thanks for watching
So does the 2 step lets go at the same time you let go of the brake pedal ? If so, where did you connect the power wire to? Or do you have to turn it off with the switch?
Once it's armed with the switch, the brake switch activates it. When you let off the brake it disengages it.
Brandon Garcia did you ever figure out the wiring? Just got mine only problem I’m having is wiring it up
Looks easy but I don't understand how you hook it up to the brake pedal and the switch. And where do them two wires go to coming off the 2 step box?
We are doing another build and installing the same 2 step. I will remake the video and try to be more specific! Stay tuned.
@@slow_restoration awesome thanks
Yep I just ordered one this is how I want to set up mine so keen to see exactly how you did it just subscribed 👍
Will this fit on a 1999 Chevy Silverado ?
As long as it's a v8, yes.
Can you install this into any vehicle?
Any with a LS!
@@slow_restoration
I see. What about a Toyota 2005 tundra 4.7L?
Do you need to have big upgrades ? To get 2 step like cam or turbo or supercharger ?or can I do it on a truck with headers full cat back and CAI ?
Not at all, you could put it on a stock truck! Easy install too!
slow_restoration does it make the truck backfire? i have a 5.3 it’s got long tube headers, and a y pipe straight pipe
How do you set the RPM of the 2 step?
There is two dials on it that you turn to set RPM.
4l60 still?
2500 HD it has a 4L80E factory.
@@slow_restoration sick bro. Haha didn’t pay attention to the door.
Will this have similar results on a stock 4.8? Do you need any mods to install this? If so which?
Yes it will work on any LS and no mods! Just install it and you're good to go!
Am I able to do this to my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500? It’s a automatic 5.7
Absolutely!
