    I have followed this diet for a month, my total cholesterol level from 255 to 147, LDL from 162 to 88, HDL from 39 to 46, Triglycerides from 299 to 152. I am really very happy and this is possible only because of Guruman bro. Thank you so much bro😊

    Hi brother. I used to have high cholesterol but i was followed u r muscle size 5/5 program from 2 month. I was checked last week my cholesterol level is normal now but it was too high in march. I was do lots of cardio and take medican. I do training 5 days a week. I want to look muscular i can see lots of changes in my body. Even in the beginning my wait was around 81 kg now my wait is 73kg. Can i have whey protein or not if yes which one you recommend. Wait for u r response. U do fabulous job for all of us.     I am 25 and having same problem since 22 .. Can i consume coq10 enyme with the program .if yes what should be dosage .. Like i have watched dr.axe fitness videos they suggest to take 100 to 200 mg of co enyme q10 to remove effects of statin drugs consumed.. Your reply on this is higly appriciable
