It is very sad that haemoglobin deficiency will also tempt you to eat raw rice... And eating raw rice will again lower it. So stop it. Make a promise and stop. Meanwhile have ragi, anaar, beetroot(preferably juice early morning ) on a daily basis for atleast 11days. I experienced the same but my hb increased immensely with it. God bless🙏
