The Handstand is all about exposing ourselves to the position as often as we can. Whether you are still working handstand against the wall, or you want to build endurance in your freestanding handstand, this 15-minute routine will improve your ability to be upside down! Do your best to do this routine on a daily basis to maximize your results, and take a day of rest when needed. Let’s get upside down!

Yo,sorry gabo i was pretty bad at the first Handstand routine,which lasted for about 20 mins because of the Handstand kick Ups against the wall, but somehow i felt much more confident in this routine, thanks gabo, im a beginner in calisthenics and trying to gain muscle,skills and strength, and youre a big inspiration.
