12:12 "keep the body tight but not too tight" glad you said that because I find that I balance better (back to wall) when I dont squeeze super tight. As soon as I squeeze my hardest (specifically my glutes) my legs come down..I thought I was doing something wrong

I can tell that you put a lot of thought into this, even considering different stretches for different problems. I'm in the same boat with you, broke my wrist in 5 different locations, make sure to warm up your wrists heavily beforehand and you should be fine. ua-cam.com/video/rY1-NA9V6ko/v-deo.html That's the warm up I follow, not a lot of fun, but hey, it does the job.

Commenting again after watching. The puppy pose helped me realized the missing link. I felt a stronger connection from shoulders down to hips by actively trying to push the chest forward. I attempted free standing again with this technique in mind and got my first 5s. I will continue with the wall as recommended. I like this routine. It includes all the stuff I was doing in a more compressed format and more! I also feel less tired and can include more handstand sessions throughout the week. Thank you SaturnoMovement.

I am 65 and just started attempting this using the wall. I get into an L shape ‘stand’ and hold for 30 seconds or so. I need shoulder strength and more before I move to ur routine. They are so much fun! As a younger women I was very good at them. I should have never stopped doing them. Thank you!
21.09.2022 - I'm relatively new to callisthenics and the handstand is probably the first move I want to master. I used to struggle holding myself against the wall but after a while it seems that I got stronger. I've never held a handstand before. Editing once I finally get it ^^

I’ve been doing this on and off for a few weeks now and I really feel like I’ve been progressing with my handstand. Can’t quite hold it for so long but way better from where I started! Looking forward to your next handstand routine to progress from this!
I used to be a competitive gymnast but I got a knee injury so I was forced to quit, It’s been a few years and I’m gonna try and get back into it, I still have retained a lot of skills thankfully, I’ll update you in a few months

I've been practicing handstand for a while, and I technically know I can hold a 10 second handstand but I've never timed it. When I did my hold with your countdown and completed it I felt amazing! It's such a good feeling to be able to follow along with your practices like this! A Gabo saturno fan, now and always brother.
I'm getting better and better! Recently I learned handstand press with bent arms and fully extended legs. But I don't think that I could achieve it without benting the arms. It's pretty hard and I don't have the mobility.

A tip if someone else is also struggling with the crow, place a yoga pillow in front of you. It worked for me to give me the security I would not hurt myself and I just did my first crow which I could hold it for a couple of seconds (of course without the pillow :-)) Yeahhh
When upside down Should I keep my shoulders elevated towards my ears or away from my ears? Are elbows supposed to be facing inwards or a bit more externally rotated? Thank you so much. Your videos are so good!
