Guys, you really need to appreciate how much knowledge this man is sharing with us via UA-cam (basically for free). I just want to say: THANK YOU! Thank you for bringing us really good training stuff. These 15 minute workouts are worth watching and doing. Thank you, Gabo! Keep it up!
After 67 days of doing your full body morning routine every day I'm able to touch both palms to ground with straight legs and hold crow pose - things I always wanted to be able to do but never could. Middle split will now be my next goal! Thank you for bringing back the fun of movement to me :)
Im gonna start the routine today, 29/5. I'll update when I get my full middle split. Wish me luck :) Update: 29/6, it's been a month but I still didn't manage to get my full middle split. I've been doing the routine on every morning and evening except for few days when I'm busy with my exam. However I'm not gonna give up just yet and gonna keep updating my progress. As of now I'm about 3-4 inches off from the floor.
@@Strawberry_pink Im still working on it, I made a lot of progress but it's really tough because when i rest for a day, it seems like need to start over again to open my legs
I HAVE BOTH SPLITS. The middle one take a longer time than front. I practiced since May last year and got the full split in early this January, basically 8 months for middle split. Now I’m training to strengthen my splits so I could open my split using solely my glutes and abductors muscles strength. For middle split stretch, I do passive and active side lunge, horse stance (squeeze glutes to pull back the knees). Butterfly stretch, frog pose, and this one is a bit hard to explain but I’ll try; I sit in L shape, right leg to ur right side straight and bend the knee for the other leg to the left side, then lean forward in the middle ( try to flat ur back as possible and right leg toes facing ceiling). The last stretch is straddle to pancake, this I do in 2 stages; I straddle until I feel the 1st stretch feeling in my inner thighs, then lean to the sides; 1st belly down n 2nd side down, then pancake time 🥞. Then back upright the torso, rest a few minutes. Then I straddle more to my max level, holding that position for 3 minutes( will feel the burn in the glutes), then pancake again( try ur hardest to flat the back and rotate the toes upward( this force action will burns more on the glutes and abductors). After the pancake, massage the inner thighs by strike lightly with the fists. I don’t know if anyone understand my words😅, but that’s exactly what I did that now I have my middle splits. I train 2-3 times per week. That’s just my middle split stretch routine not including my front split. The key here is to keep it consistent, don’t slack off. Motivation? no...you do first then the motivation will automatically come to you believe me😁
I've been doing these for a week, and it really helped me with getting the middle split and I'm almost there. After this i will try to get the front split too, thank you for the amazing video!
Sir i want this 15 minute routine and you made thank you so much for your efforts to make this videos you are a source of inspiration and motivation for all of us thank you so much sir
This routine is really helpful, i tried my middle split before doing it for the first time and after and already got great results!! Thank you very much, keep it up
Middle Splits.... One of the hardest skills to accomplish for me 😭 But I have been doing your 15min handstand routine daily and I have seen massive improvement, especially in stabilization. So I will give this one a try as well, see how it goes. Thanks as always 🙏🏼
Been putting off learning my middle splits for months now due to not having enough time in my day. This 15min is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Gabo and team
You are a mind reader! I have been working on middle splits along with hand stands this year and wanted a new routine, thank you for providing the BEST content on UA-cam for calisthenics skills 🙂
Thank you so MUCH for the 15 minute series! It really helps keep me motivated, even on days when I don't feel like moving/stretching/exercising. I can always do 15 minutes! Then, once begun, I can move on if I feel up to it! Old folks like me can be very creaky in the morning, and your routines really help!
🙏Done 0,5 speed after the front split flexibility routine. It feels open. I'm just being (very) careful to escape the pose... kind of careful for my knee... I probably need more straight arm strenght or another strategy. I do not feel like escaping falling into my butt, to protect my knees... . So I bent one knee, then the other... . I use a chair & my fingertips 😉
There shouldn’t be any pain. You are tearing something and you will get stiffer. Imagine your muscles are rubber and breath into them, imagine them lengthening and release any tension.
I set as one of my goals to increase my flexibility and this workout definitely will me get closer to my goal! Thanks for always giving us high quality workouts and clear explanations
I love that you mentioned the pelvic tilt! 👍 Most people can’t get into middle split (me included but with the routine I hope to change that) because the bone position simply won’t allow it. But then again, I never doubted that you’d now that 🙌🏼
Thank you so much. I'm a yoga teacher and there's always something here I need or find incredibly useful for my practice. Also the 15 minutes series are superb as I barely have time for practice, so I just do a combination of all of em per my needs. Bless your heart for sharing so much with us💜
Wonder if you can give me some advice. I am trying to get more flexible and get better at calisthenics. Problem is that I have biceps teninditis and tennis elbow right now. What should I do, keep training or back off and rehab? I got my problems trying to do ring muscle ups too early in my progression. Great videos as always!
Vastly within the 60 minute range, ahum, still excited for this, started the Tom Merrick sequence, seems similar / identical. Gonna try this right now. Update: Just did it, It's nice, slightly different from Tom's, so that's pretty cool. Thx for a great ride! Will come back tot this one.
Wow Ive never thought of doing or stretching to get the middle split. Ima focus on my hips and hamstrings first. I’m following your 15m routines on those and Ive seen progress thank you so much and also thank you for telling me about the 5 tip handstand it help my balance Im now able to control more my under balance thank you so much 👍🙏 Ill try this someday
I just wanted to say, that I love your Videos, 1 year ago I watched one of your Videos and was inspired to start calisthenics, and it's going great so far, Much Love Lorenz

I love these 15 minute sessions - they're great! This one unfortunately got too difficult too quickly and I had to stop. I'll probably try and come back to it once it's a little more accessible to me.
Thanks for the feedback! I am sorry it got too hard. I’d recommend to simply stretch way less and see what happens. Reduce the intensity greatly of each exercise and it should be accessible 🙏🏽 if not, don’t worry. I know you’ll come back once it’s a bit more accesible to you :) thank you for your practice 💙 Namaste -Gabo

Pretty good! You’re almost there! Try rolling hips so your knees point forward as well as your toes. When toes are up you’re not targeting the adductors which is the muscle group you need to target for middle splits. The other exercises are really good, nice tutorial!
