Really like this format as it helps break down the exercises into a workout all while answering the Why’s of it. And because I’m working on the handstand with HSPU goal😉
Thanks! It was my first workout follow along and wasn't sure how it was going to go. Yeah the carry over from frog-handstand to the HSPU is crazy. Hope training is going well 💪🏿
Russian push ups probably moreseo than the elbow lever, but both require a decent amount of pushing strength, and teh better we are generally, the easier all skills become so keep pushing with it 👊🏿
Hey I am new to this channel and i needed some help I’m able to easily do 10+ body weight pull ups for a few sets And I can do 15 kg 5 reps * 4 sets too But all of these are with hollow body My shoulders naturally round towards the end of the pull up even if I start with the arch back position so it naturally becomes a kind of a hybrid pull up What can I do to fix this and do proper arch back pull ups?
Hi Samarth, Welcome to the channel. I guess you first need to ask yourself if there is anything wrong with doing hybrid pull ups. They are a great technique and so if you are naturally inclined to do pull ups in this way, nothing wrong with continuing to do so especially if you can already hit the sort of numbers that you are talking about. BUT. If you are determined to be able to perform arched pull ups, it's scapula retraction you'll need to work on and the best thing for that is rows. The good thing with this as well is that rows have strong carry over to pull ups. Use this to help you: ua-cam.com/video/5W8F6MzZ8Rk/v-deo.html
Use this routine 2-3 times per week, ideally with a rest day in between.
