      please do a video with some tips on how to find your handstand balance 🙏🏾. i have enough strength from stability exercises but i struggle with the freestanding handstand

    HSPU (full rom) by far the most beautiful and powerful shoulders exercise out there, ever!
    PS: Especially free handstanding to activate stabilizator muscles too.

    Amazing, I am able to do about 2-3 hspu-s but struggle to improve, this workout is soo perfect and effective, I feel my weak spots (bottom position hold, core and glute engagement) being trained. Gracias Gabo

    Im also working on conditioning my handstand push up form. Currently max reps I can do for free HSPU is 5. With wall I can do 20 reps. Hope I manage to do free HSPU with clean form 10 reps at the end of this year.
