There's just something about my "Heather workouts" I've tried a variety of UA-cam workouts, some were indeed good but yours stand out to me. I FEEL them afterwards in a good way, they give me the satisfying sense that they're working, I haven't tried this one yet but your standing abs (no jumping no weights) is my favourite.

This yoga workout was perfect for after my run! I was able to move without cooling my muscles and putting in work adding in a second sweat. The cool down long stretch was also key for my tight muscles due to my incline run.
Thank you for this workout, at 41 and arthritic but committed to keeping in shape, this works perfectly. It doesn't aggravate my joints but gets the heart going and leaves me feeling really good. Thanks again

This is so good for when you are not feeling well and can’t do some hectic kind of HIIT. I sometimes struggle with my back and this one is great if you still want to try and move to get your daily exercise in but just can’t stress your body with high impact even when low Impact HIIT is too much.

This workout is totally awesome, I did this one after an 8 min. abs with the back sculpt. This Yoga Fusion is what puts me in a mellow mood, just total body high, fully relaxed and soaked. Love this workout and the way it makes me feel. Thank You Heather.
Just started working on this one a few weeks ago (3xs a week). I can only make thru the first 15 min (with lots of mods to compensate for knee & shoulder issues), which is great because, initially, I could barely get through the first exercise! My goal is to eventually get through the whole thing without modifications. Thanks Heather!

Today acted as an active recovery for me, just what I needed. It helped me realize I get to stretch other parts of my body. I feel whole and well.
