    I’ve been doing most of your pilates workouts for almost 2 months already and it’s really surprising to see how much they have shaped my body already. This was a nice addition I tried today in combo with 30’ for abs and some shorter thighs videos. I find the choice of music very good, it’s perfect not to have a voiceover as too many videos do, and your workouts are always thoughtfully and progressively built, and emphasise movement coordination. Thank you so much!

    I found my personal trainer, finally! Thank you! The workout are just what I want after i give a birth with C section and my body is recovering longer..     Thank you! Your videos have been one of the things this 53 year old woman has been using to tone back up over the past several months. So far, I have lost 9 lbs that have been near impossible to lose due to medication I was put on last year.     Perfection. People say that the best kind of exercise is the one you enjoy. Since I found this channel, I don't want another one. I love Pilates and yoga inspired workouts. The movements are fluid and works perfectly even for me (turning 60, and always loved ballet and similar movements). Music is not distracting. Please keep posting more! I'll be here everyday.

    Как и обещала сделала на повторе через несколько дней! Именно эта треня отлично прорабатывает низ 👌🔥! После первого раза все болело дня два, особенно попа и ноги 😅! Сегодня далась легче, но все же очень продуктивно все поработало ! Вся мокрая насквозь и как всегда довольна как слон 😅! Спасибо большое Элене за грамотные тренировки ❤

    Had the flu all of last week and took a week off from working out (normally do 3 x 30min of your classes per week). This was the perfect class to get back into my workout routine, not to hard, relaxing but also made me work, sweat and more importantly smile and give me the energy I have been lacking.

    I did this workout today it's very refreshing and relaxing. That music motivated to do this one because starting easy only but in the middle we can't do this because full body was shivering even though that music motivated me I used to share my feedback every month who want to reduce weight or calories I prefer this workout

    I just want to say thank you! I am an intermediate fitness person and just thought to give Pilates a try about a month ago.. of all the videos yours is the best. It’s challenging for a great cardio workout but at the same time I can feel my body hold the movements and I feel strong at the same time. I loved it and will be doing more!!! Thank you again!❤

    This looks great! I'm determined to do this 3xs a week. I'll give an update in 1 month! Even if I don't see enormous results, this will be great for my body bc I work 10.5 hour long shifts...sitting down. 🤦‍♀️. I need to incorporate these movements in my daily life. Thank you for the video!

    Dear Eleni :) I have been working out from your clips some days a week and love your workout program very much. I have chronic pain in my knee so I have to avoid any clip that contains jumping, lunging, squatting and even kneeling. So I couldn't follow your Pilates program which is really a pity for me. Before the injury, I love Barre workouts so much and I see them in some of your programs but it is kinda 10-15 mins only. I would love to do a Barre workout for a full session like 50-60 mins. However, during this time I will repeat the program that I can do while I'm waiting for your new Barre workout. You have done really great work. The vibe and background music are really nice. Keep up your dedication and great work. Cheers!!!
