A fantastic movement class. Definitely still an intensity through the class, and the stretch component throughout was appreciated. No jump lunges for me but I simply improvised with something else. Thank you, Heather!!

Same. Started after 9pm, was very much about to lay down and relax after work, but a couple intervals of simple workouts that break a sweat, I feel very satisfied with it. And ready to shower before bed! ☺️

The only suggestion I have is if you can do guided warm up and cool down. Well this new pilates workout looks like it's pretty toned down a bit compared to her latest workouts. Last week's new workouts were brutal, Once I rest my body from burning🔥 for sure. This new one looks and will feel amazing, but today I'm going to do her total body stretching workout which is much more needed. It may be deceptive, as the droplets of sweat on my mat showed when I finished. Although I was happy it was shorter than the one hour workout last week, where I was relieved whenever I saw the black screen with the 'Rest' message.
