Today marks a year since I started doing your workouts, I started with your 12 week plan (did it twice) and then continued with your monthly workouts. That means I have been working out 5 days a week for a year and even though I still have a long way to go, I am closer to my goals than I was a year ago. Honestly? I am so proud and happy because I didn't think I could. Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your work and effort you put into these videos and, for whoever reads this, you can do it! I know I had days when I felt lazy, or discouraged, or I didn't notice much progress, and that is normal but stick through it! it's so worth it and even if it's just 10 min of stretches you are still moving and taking care of yourself. Let's do our best and, hopefully, continue doing that for many years to come 💕
You and me both....almost. I started w the 12 week plan, did it twice and then haven't stopped - it's 16 months now and I can't wait for the new 12 week program. I also do not have the stress of the same New Year Resolution that never got followed through. My only new year resolution is to remember to drink more water......so easy!!!
I love the pilates and yoga fusion workouts! They really help with my dynamic stretching and full motion strength while also sneaking in cardio, they do it all. They're also a great addition to the apartment friendly/low impact workouts that you have going. For someone who has lives in apartments and used your videos for 3 years now, not jumping while also feeling like I worked hard is a huge win. Thank you so much for all the work you put into your content and the care you give to form, function, and a well rounded routine.
absolutely loved this one. starting to work out consistently has been a challenge for me, and on the days that I don't want to jump around and be tired, these are perfect for me. please keeping doing these!
I struggled. Through the dolphin plank, the side planks and others and I was so close to choosing another workout but once the second round came I pushed myself. For me if it’s not a challenge then I’m not working out. I finished the workout and I’m glad I didn’t quit. Thank you.
Heather I am a huge fan of yours! I do try workout routines posted by other trainers, but I always come back to your videos as I find that they suit me best. In all honesty, I found that some of your HIIT videos did resemble previous ones posted, and that was a bit boring and monotonous. However this video has been so refreshing for me. I will admit every time there are more than 2 rounds, I say to myself “I may not do the 3rd (or 4th) yet I always hang in there and do it. So you offer mental AND physical challenges.

Today I did the HIIT yoga for the first time. I typically have skipped or alternated yoga days for a strength exercise bc I assumed it isn’t as effective for growing muscle. LOVE this combo workout. I just came off of the 12 Week 3.0, and trying out the monthly programs. This is a great addition. Before Heather (BH) I was doing yoga 3-4 times a week (via online classes) and love it, but there's only so much time. This kills 2 workouts in one delicious 35 minutes. Thanks as always, Heather.

These are my favorites because I have severe PTSD and my cortisol levels are scary high. The regular HIIT and Tabata surge it too much. So, this is perfect. I welcome more when you have time for them! Thank you so much !

Absolutely love the HIIT yoga series. I've had several knee surgeries in my 20s and these sessions make me sweat but don't cause inflammation after. Would love more of them!
I hurt my back a few days ago and was trying to find something I could do that wouldn't agitate it too much. I am delighted to say this was the perfect choice! I am feeling great after this session. Love these types of workouts! The transitions from the floor to standing in between really pushed me. I have a small kid so we're always down on the floor and then back up. It's great conditioning.
I love those fusion workouts so much. I always struggle with my left hip (sometimes it doesn't work klicks and doesn't work as it should) but these workouts help so much to strengthen it. Thank you for your consistent uploads :)

Loved loved loved this workout! I did the twelve week workout challenge then jumped into the low impact 6 week workout and at week 3 felt burnt out. The last two weeks been doing yoga. Heather these fusion classes be it Pilates or Yoga Hiit are simply awessome. I would love some more for sure and perhaps a shorter one say 25 - 30 minutes. Thank you ! x

Loved loved loved this workout! I did the twelve week workout challenge then jumped into the low impact 6 week workout and at week 3 felt burnt out. The last two weeks been doing yoga. And this was perfect and exactly what I was needed; lengthen, strengthen, stretching. Thank you! Happy International Yoga Day!

It was awesome for me as I really need to do yoga power ups after postpartum it’s been 4 months after delivery I started with this workout of yours please add more to the list which can be really a cherry on the cake for people like me to loose weight after c-section delivery.
