What a great workout to wake up to!! Got into a beach town south of Cannon beach Oregon late last night. It was beautiful to do this workout in the sun room facing the ocean. Such a treat!!!! i went from doing loads of hiit to nothing while recovering from surgery. this was the perfect routine to get me moving again while working back up, AND adding mobility to an otherwise strength/cardio based routine. thank you!
Yay--6 week low impact workout challenge completed! I can feel I've gotten stronger over this time. Will be doing a round 2 of this when I get back from a short vacay. Will probably add more dedicated arms and abs into this routine. I know that doing these exercises incorporates arms and abs, but at this point, when I combine them with other things, I don't feel that I'm concentrating on proper form enough and using lighter weights. We'll see how it goes. So glad I found this channel.
I love this new direction of yoga and pilates workouts! They have been a life saver since my knees can no longer perform too many hitt exercises due to 16 years of competitive running. Please keep the intense low-impact yoga session coming!!!!
This was a great little workout. Now this is the kind of yoga I can enjoy. Perfect amount of moves. The thing that turns me off about yoga is the constant repetition of the same moves. It bores me to tears. I will do this one again and again when I want a quick yoga fusion workout. Really loved this!
Dear Heather, I ‘ve been following your wonderful routines for long time and I am grateful for that. I am a yoga teacher since 1990 and with all my respect of you I need to let you know some serious mistakes in some postures like , for example, the warrior and downward facing dog the knee must be vertically with your heel, otherwise may cause some knee issues. In the second posture (down dog...) when leg rise try to avoid lower back arch by keep abs firms... I know is difficult but prevent lower back pain. Many thanks
I know nothing about yoga but I love hers. They have helped me a lot. I'm curious if you are able to speak to the benefits of these types of routines. I do think they're less traditional but that's why we love it. Does it reduce the effectiveness?

I'm so glad I found this! Great way to wake up and get the heart pumping! Really great cardio for days when I'm not focusing too heavily on my posturing in yoga. I recommend this workout for folks who are regular practitioners of yoga and are able to adjust their posturing to accommodate the cardio.

@@Sophie_kent nothing fantastic in terms of scale, but I'm leaner and stronger. Scale is not really my goal coz I believe in replacing fat mass with muscle mass, so the scale will never weigh down drastically. Btw, I have finished the 7 days Summer Glow and it was AWESOME 👍🏻

Started your workouts yesterday which was the Power Pilates workout, today the Full Body Yoga Fusion. Having never done Yoga or Pilates before although I have been meaning to, I am already loving them. Admittedly some of the exercises are not great yet but I'm sure in time with better core strength I will improve. Love the music too x
Can I just say that I LOVE that you play music! I've found no one else that does this. Most workout videos are just elevator music with way too much talking! Your way is awesome!

Love this workout!!! I have been having lower back pain due to muscle tightness and was afraid to without. My husband suggested I do a yoga workout and this was perfect. Hi, ok so this was probably one of my favorite yoga/hitt classes I’ve done in a long time. Seriously. Perfect balance of a typical hitt sweat sesh with yoga elements and I love how easily adaptable the session is if there’s an element you can’t quite do. For example, instead of the warrior 3 sequence I did humble warrior to high lunge and repeat. Overall fantastic class and I love the ambiance and music selection. Thank you!

This Yoga Fusion of HEATHER is the result of hard work as a trainer. It's a great way to start the morning. I've been trying various of yoga, but this is original. There is her spirit ( the set exercises, surprisingly lovely music, background, atmosphere). I've been a ardent follower of HR since May because the most part of this workout I accomplished easily, but "Side Bridge + Lift"...🤦I continue to develop 😅😀
I really liked this session! Really helps to workout all body and you can tune the pace on your own. Bell is very convinient to switch to other exercise. Thank you!
