Would love to get rid of double chin but also get smaller jaw/ chin. This summer my face was much shorter and my chin was smaller. Your chin got shorter as well?
That is great but hoping my double chin will go away which is due to sagging at 66 years old. If it is just weight gain double chin can easily go away. Hope these exercises work for me. It would be nice if Parmita replied to our messages with some reassurance!
@@leenadhiman1488 I would say after about a week and a half to two weeks of everyday exercise and constantly paying attention to how i hold my face. I started noticing some changes. I try to do the exercises and make sure even when I'm resting that I hold muscles in a particular position. Like not frowning and squinting and smiling more like mine Lisa. Honestly it's been working.

I will start too... 100% I am so aware of my resting/work face. I am actually smiling so much more now for no reason (looks crazy) but holds everything up. What oil do you use? i also do face tapping from the crown of my head..eyes, cheeks and work my way down for a minute. Thank you so much for this. I was considering botox, threads and fillers.
@@leenadhiman1488 no problem. I'm glad I can help. Resting work face 😂 I would use another word. 🤬. I have psoriasis and acne so I was skeptical about touching my face so much. I had to do some research. So I only used oils liquid at room temp. They don't break me out. I use vegetable oil if I'm broke. But I prefer a combo of castor oil and sweet almond oil. Sometimes I'll even use baby oil. But you should try a couple different ones to see what works for you. I heard honey is good for tapping. Cause it's sticky. What do you use?

I can’t rate these exercise highly enough. I sadly had Botox in all of my chewing muscles for TMJ which changed my face completely. These exercises are really helping me to create the facial structure I used to have. The exercises help me to use the deeper facial muscles rather than the superficial ones which tug at the skin. I love love love this channel! I’ve been using blush with me for 2 and half weeks and I can tell a huge difference! I’m 38 and I’ve started to notice my lower chin and jowls. I’ve watched and are using 3 different videos. It’s so easy I do these while I take my daughter to school and doing my makeup in the morning! It’s free and really works 😉

@@brittanys505 i still do these when I work in front of the computer, drive or simply relaxing at home. For me it is for maintenance as I am already considered young and no sagging. So it is preventative. But certain muscles feel definitely stronger than before as I do the exercise
And I cannot really say if there is physical change or not. If I feel it though there should be minimal changes that could have been detected by scannings maybe. I look in the mirror everyday and it is hard to tell gradual change you know

Your dark circles might be caused by allergies. Many years ago I took my son to a pediatrician and when he saw us, he immediately said your son has allergies. When I asked how he knew he said because of the dark circles under his eyes. He got tested and sure enough was allergic to a few things.
I’m 76 and this works. You have to use your tongue as a muscle not just lightly move it. I pay attention how I’m moving my tongue. My tongue is tired when done. My face is more v shaped 3-4 times a week

Just started today with a lot of expectations as very weirdly I've fairly have a slim body but all my fat seems to accumulate in my double chin!Truly hope it makes a difference.

3rd time i am doing this. Unsure how long i will be good and go back to this. Since i Had one day in between the first time to second and two now i think it is, it it nothing to report. And i fall of lots of things fast,and forget to check comments so you can Save yourself asking for results. 4 minutes is little time out of a day. But looked fun to try. I have Neck fat and double chin so i could not Even see my neck muscles as i see in her. But i hope i can continue to do this one. Instead of asking if it gives results, one must try it for a while. Most of us did not Get to how we are in one week,so one must do it more than one week and keep doing it. The hardest part
