I am the type of person who, if something doesn't work right away--even just a little--I stop doing it. Well let me tell you, this works right away! You will feel it a little at first, then you will really feel and see it over the course of 2 weeks. I've been doing it for almost 4 months now daily with a break on the weekends, and I am not disappointed. Thank you, Parmita!!!

@@Pomegranate899 No, any kind of facial yoga will cause you more wrinkles. In microscopic level wrinkles are caused by folding and unfolding skin. Thats what facial yoga does so it will cause you more wrinkles. Ask any dermatologist. I f you some how manage to built bigger muscles to your face you have to fight every day to keep them bigger and at teh end no mtter how much you fight you will lose the muscles and fat colume at the face. Now, when you ahve done face yoga and foled and unfoled muscles and now your muscles shrink the end result is much woerse than it would have been at the same age without any facial yoga. Any movement of face, sadly causes wrinkles. This is just fact and unavoidable. Botox is a way to temporarily paralyze ex. forehed muscles and you can see pretty fast that your wrinkles disappear or get smaller.

Best way for a woman to get bigger facial muscles and fuller face is testosterone treatment, low dose. Its a fact that no one sensible denies that every single time you move your face to fold your skin it creates wrinkles that are eventually permanent. So if you gain some muscles but your skin is more wrinkled Im not sure if that looks better but of course if someone likes wrinkled face then its ok.
I did the 3rd exercise in the video for ONE day; woke up next morning with NO pressure on certain teeth that I normally feel when I wake up. I was not expecting this, so clearly am going to keep going with this. I did it for 3-4 more days, then woke up again with noticeable indentations under my cheek bones; as in sculpted cheekbones. I was shocked and not expecting this, as I wasn’t even going for that. I will continue and see what the results are. It hasn’t even been a week yet.
This is my first try of these exercises and I have to say my mouth is tingling! I'm a 43yr old single mom of a 3 year old boy and I just started to notice that my face is starting to change a wee bit. Just got outta a bad relationship and hard life circumstances took its toll. i was so sold by your face yoga (blowfish face) and your "lift your breasts naturally" i have moved on to the LIPS -- i have set an alarm to do this as i drive home after dropping off the kids. for the LONGEST time people were SHOCKED to find out how old i am -- in the last 2 yrs people stopped looking shocked and have made "well WE get old it happens" and i'm freaking out. i am so ready !
Ok this happened to me too! I’m 45 and I used to shock people but not anymore! Mind you, aging really picks up in your 49s so I shouldn’t be surprised…but it’s sad!! 😢 I’m sure having a baby in my 40s didn’t help due to lack of sleep but I’ve noticed my mouth is drooping just like she said, especially at the corners.

OK- so I've been doing this one week now. I also squeeze my pelvic floor muscles at the same time so I feel like I'm not spending precious time on vanity only. I DO see a difference in my lips! After just one week. They were quite full in my youth and I even got teased about it. Last 30 yrs (I'm 60) they continued slowly to shrink. So I will continue w your exercise!

I feel like I really wasn’t sure how to move mouth without making my lips purse causing more vertices lines ( that would have been a good one too- I don’t smoke but now have these annoying lines) I think more specific direction/details if possible would be helpful since doing them wrong is worse than not doing them at all .

It's called Botox or Xeomin. Always wear sunglasses to prevent squinting. Unfortunately, I don't think there are any exercises that reduce or remove our "11's"

I JUST STARTED doing some of these last night when I first saw you. I need to get into a routine with these you've got so many I don't know which ones to do!.I've been watching these commercials on wrinkle creams ,I wanted to buy ol of Olay cream at wallgreens 32 dollars for that small jar. 🤔 .this I can do while watching TV 📺 l may look crazy but let me tell you it will make me feel better in the end. "Wrinkles of sadness, begone" I'm 10 years post menopausal, and don't make that expression you made, but last year the sags started appearing at the sides of my mouth. I can feel that exercise working in my cheeks but it gave me a split bottom lip. My lips split very easily. ☹️ OOPS! My emoji just made wrinkles of sadness. 😶
Omg... I finally found what looks like a genuine set of exercise for face/mouth. Adore your face!! But question, I have longer nails. Any suggestions of using tool(s) instead of fingers? I'd give up longer fingernails to firm up the face if not tools are available, so just checking.
I realized that I need to work on this after I watched your videos...this is the thing that was concerning me from few days and the only remedy that I could think of was to have face massage..I never imagined there is any term like face yoga...or can do anything deliberately for enhancing our facial smile gestures...thanks sister.

The best image coaches show you how to exercise etc without making people feel bad about their natural bodies. Come on. Tough love is needed sometimes, only in the US everyone keeps telling eachother they look amazing and fabulous, and nothing needs to be done, yet everyone knows it’s not true. At least honesty can get us somewhere.
@@TheDominikaD I’m not in the US and no, tough love and honesty does not help people with their body image. People who feel bad about themselves already will only feel worse and being in denial about the aging process and being made to feel bad about it just leads to women pumping their bodies with unnatural toxins, having dangerous surgeries and having body dismorphia etc, which is not healthy either!

I ended up getting dentures a year and a half ago at a fairly young age and it has very much changed my face shape and some drooping. So I am trying now (a month before I turn 37) to combat what has changed and it getting worse. I'm hoping these work as well as the internet says this will!

You're never too old, I am a young healthy 90 and I will do this yoga for the face. I'm hoping to see changes soon.

I loved watching your video for the first tine. I am a 67 years young lady and am worried about the deeply embedded wrinkles on my forehead. The first look makes me feel uncomfortable and I wondered if the muscles on the forehead can be used to 'erase' these wrinkles? It's called Botox or Xeomin. Always wear sunglasses to prevent squinting. Unfortunately, I don't think there are any exercises that reduce or remove our "11's"

I JUST STARTED doing some of these last night when I first saw you. I need to get into a routine with these you've got so many I don't know which ones to do!.I've been watching these commercials on wrinkle creams ,I wanted to buy ol of Olay cream at wallgreens 32 dollars for that small jar. 🤔 .this I can do while watching TV 📺 l may look crazy but let me tell you it will make me feel better in the end. Love it 😀

I'm 10 years post menopausal, and don't make that expression you made, but last year the sags started appearing at the sides of my mouth. I can feel that exercise working in my cheeks but it gave me a split bottom lip. My lips split very easily. ☹️

Omg... I finally found what looks like a genuine set of exercise for face/mouth. Adore your face!! But question, I have longer nails. Any suggestions of using tool(s) instead of fingers? I'd give up longer fingernails to firm up the face if not tools are available, so just checking.

I realized that I need to work on this after I watched your videos...this is the thing that was concerning me from few days and the only remedy that I could think of was to have face massage..I never imagined there is any term like face yoga...or can do anything deliberately for enhancing our facial smile gestures...thanks sister.
Image coach.. To make you feel bad about yourself? 😔 by saying how much your lips will droop, skin sag etc etc. I felt so much worse after hearing all this. The best image coaches show you how to exercise etc without making people feel bad about their natural bodies. Anyone reading this, you are beautiful no matter what you look like💗you are unique, there is no one else like you in this world! 💪😍

Come on. Tough love is needed sometimes, only in the US everyone keeps telling eachother they look amazing and fabulous, and nothing needs to be done, yet everyone knows it’s not true. At least honesty can get us somewhere.
@@TheDominikaD I’m not in the US and no, tough love and honesty does not help people with their body image. People who feel bad about themselves already will only feel worse and being in denial about the aging process and being made to feel bad about it just leads to women pumping their bodies with unnatural toxins, having dangerous surgeries and having body dismorphia etc, which is not healthy either!

I ended up getting dentures a year and a half ago at a fairly young age and it has very much changed my face shape and some drooping. So I am trying now (a month before I turn 37) to combat what has changed and it getting worse. I'm hoping these work as well as the internet says this will!
