It's a manual transmission. Only works for men who don't have vaginas. But seriously it's for people who want maximum involvement in actually driving the car, not being driven by computers like most modern supercars. He made a paddle shift option for the T.33 and only like 3 people ordered it, everyone else ordered the manual.
